OK, so what *is* the deal exactly with the JF color foam stuff??? I thought it was just $11.99 minus TQ's and MQ's....but there is a GC with it?? How many do you have to buy? Does that make it a MM?? Anyone wanna clue me in? I can't believe I read every stinkin' post of that that deals thread and missed this

I have POWER and internet! 7 Nights and 6 days, but who is counting? Refrigerators and Freezers are empty. Bro met me 1 hr north of here on Saturday and took home ham, turkey breasts, chicken and beef, but everything else was thrown out. I need a slick deal to start the rebuilding process.
One of the last tornados that hit the area was on the ground in Lawrence Co, then in Limestone Co (just missed Brown's Ferry Nuclear plant by a few miles), then in Madison Co and ended it's track less than a 1/2 mile from my house. Please continue to pray for the families that lost everything.

My pain level is much better. I forget to take my pain meds half the time, which is good and bad. Good in that, I must be getting better bc if I wasn't the pain wouldn't let me forget. Bad in that I don't remember to take the meds until the pain is pretty bad and then it takes longer to work. Yes, most times nurses make the WORST patients!
Lily is still VERY alert which I love. She will just look around at everything and move her arms around. I love to just watch her!
She is a bit yellow and they were monitoring her bilirubin levels. She was 16.3 on Monday and 13.4 yesterday. They were happy with the decrease, so they said we don't have to keep checking it.
Sophia still needs to be watched with the eye of a hawk, as she is very 'excited to help.' Alexa is amazing with Lily. Lily just adores her sister and is almost always calm and quiet when Alexa holds her!
Speaking of Alexa, her play is this week and next and she has been VERY busy. Every school night for the last 2 weeks, she has been at school from 6-9 pm. Not only does she have a part in the play, she is also the "costume mistress" so she has to be there before everyone else and can't leave until all the costumes are returned and checked in with proper technique. The play starts tomorrow at 7 and she is not expected to be home until 10:30 pm and then is supposed to go to school on Friday am!
J started a new Dojo for Kenpo this week. It was less expensive and gives him more hours than the one he was already going to. It is supposed to be 2 hours a time, 4 days a week, but we compromised at 2 hours a time 3 days a week, since his last one was only 4 hours a week. Before he was going Tue and Thur evenings and 2 hours in the middle of our Saturday. This way all his hours are done on weeknights (Tues - Thurs), but I get my weekends back with him! Worth it to me! I did let him know that since he will be gone all day and evening on Tues - Thurs, he needs to make sure to spend extra time with the kids (esp. Soph since she will be in bed by the time he gets home) on the other days. The new place also has a smaller class size, which is better for J as well.
Anyways, that is my family as of late. Sorry that my posts lately have turned into novels!
OOH speaking of novels, I have only read a single page of my book (Songs of the Humpback Whale by Jody Piccoult) in over a week!

Yes there is a $5 GC for when you buy two JF products. So a $1.01 MM for every two you buy after coupons and GC. It is not with reg hair color at my store, it is on an endcap up near the moisturizers and cleansers.

Thoughts on the TLC show
that particular fight is over but i'm sure there will be lots of commentary after the new show airs tonite. last wk somebody did a recap that was hilarious.

Yes, dentist again to get the rest of the work done. Is it terrible that I can't wait to go tomorrow for the sheer fact that the nitrous will take effect and I won't have to think about the million things that have been racing through my head all week for awhile
Been so aggravated at things today.. don't know if it is stress from all the junk going on.. things I need to get done, or what.. I can always blame PMS right?
Anyway, got a very few things done at home today. My DD needed mommy time and asked me to play with her and watch TV with her most of the afternoon.. I went out to take the older DD to a study group at the library and decided to take the toddler to the park for awhile. We had fun! Been a long time since I went to the park and was the playmate for her.. Good thing I lost a bunch of weight.. I was able to climb up all those darn play set things, and slide down all those slides.. I remember the day my butt was definitely too big for the slide
After the park, I called DH and told him I was going out to dinner for steak.. Told him he could come along as well
