My workplace is very secluded on the base, and I'm supposed to have been called back by my supervisor. I haven't talked to my supervisor since he left for FLA to see the shuttle launch. TV instructions are very clear that you should not report until you hear from your supervisor, so Girly I'll just sit here and read and hang out today.

yes GT, I'm having some coffee too. 7 days with NO Coffee made TN sleepy in the afternoons.

Off to work I go.

Will shop afterwards and will be lucky to be home by 10. Long day but someone has to do it.
This week I am just doing wags.

My shopping list there is
Fusion, bic, noxzema,right guard body wash, head and shoulders, fixodent, gum flossers,

As in all wags most stores are out out of a load of this stuff. I ran out of cash yesterday, but I did get into three stores and shop some. OOP was $13. Much more than normal but the shampoo is a great seller and it is kinda important to stock up on it.

HyVee had a little mostly floral wraparound in their ad this week. Rainbow Rose -- 12 long stem roses with filler and greens for $15. They do charge a $5 delivery fee, but I figured that still isn't too terribly bad. So, the order has been placed, they will be delivered tomorrow.

Nothing that I know of. I checked the website too. I guess they decided triple coupons just weren't gonna keep happening. I can't decide if I'm disappointed or relieved.

Gt is feeling a little mean today. First let me say DH is a pretty damn wonderful feller. Handy too. There is just about nothing that he can't build or fix (except the computery stuff on cars. Older cars, he tears apart and puts back together... for fun). He does all our home repair/maintenance/building, etc. -- including the plumbing and electrical. The two of us built a 4 car garage including the concrete work by ourselves in 2 months -- after work and weekends.

He has redone the kitchen, bath, built another bath and 2 bedrooms in this house alone. We are down to ONE room to finish. That $#(*$*%^ family room in the basement. (That we will probably never use but, hey, it's a place to keep his antique railroad crap)

There was a small to medium mess and a wall of cabinets down there. I wanted to clean the mess, then deal with the crap in the cabinets as we emptied them. But oh, no. He is a typical man. We had to erupt all the shit in the cabinets on top of the previous small - medium mess all over the floor. And then... he walked away and left the mess. Oh, the cabinets were put in the one car attached garage for stockpile crap. That was nice. But the MESS IS STILL THERE. I swore I wasn't touching it. (DD and I did take to the dumpster a pile of stuff we were throwing away)

I am contemplating loading all the tools into buckets, carting them out to the big garage and dumping them on his shop bench and that area. At this point, I don't care if we will be using most of them when we actually work down there. And if it ain't a tool, throw it out.

Or, I'll read a book and enjoy the silence.

Shameless beg for my tcc peeps..

I know alot of you don't CVS and therefore don't follow the threads.. but a wonderful 5.00 off coupon that was in today's newspaper. A couple of links have been posted for online editions. Those links don't usually last long and I am mobile so I can't do anything with them..

Is there anyone who wouldnt mind popping over to the DS forum and and downloading the coupon and save to a PDF for me?

Hope all is well, I haven't been on since 4/26 and I tried reading and reading and reading. But I gave up. Sorry! I promise to keep up from now on.

I got me a new car. It's a 2011 Dodge Journey. In the lovely color of Mango Tango! That's their fancy word for orange. It has everything I needed, (not everything I wanted) but everything I needed.

This weekend I am going to a murder mystery party. We all dress up and play parts. It's pirated themed and I get to dress up as a serving wench. Pirate
