Anyone here from San Antonio? Headed there next month and was wondering if they had the free saturday papers with coupons there that I've heard mention of. Fingers crossed my hotel has sunday papers out for every room.

I *think* I will plant some bell peppers and see how they do though....dh and I have found that one of our favorite ways to cook beef is in the crock pot seasoned, then dump in onions/peppers & beef broth and cook alllllll day. We don't actually eat the peppers and onions, just like the flavor Teehee How did I find this out? We didn't like the Chicken Fajitas TGIF meal and so I used all of the parts of the meal for different stuff Smilie

tn- glad you are back! how did you survive w/o power for 7 days? i barely have enough water, crackers, tuna, etc for 3 days. i don't think dh can survive w/o computer and tv for even 3 days.

i don't think so but it will say on the can. baking powder doesn't last all that long. i think about 6 months after you open it.
