That's great news with Lily and your weight loss. I have no idea how much I've lost because my lovely husband stored our bath scale somewhere. :lol :

Noah is like Lily in that he's a calm and chill baby. Anything is calm compared to colicky brothern who still screams all day. Noah will give out a good shriek when he's hungry, but that's about it.

He's starting to show signs of the milk protein/soy allergy. I'll monitor it for another week and decide if I'm going to go elimination diet or Alimentum. I did the elimination diet with JJ but he still had issues and was miserable for 4.5 mos. Don't want to go down that road again. I don't think people realize how many food items that have soy in them. Pretty much everything! :sigh:
Thanks I don't have a scale here, so I just weigh myself when I go into the dr's office. Though J did remind me today that I can weigh myself on the wii, so I may start that! Big Grin

Sorry about the allergy stuff! That is never fun!

Hey all!!! Wave So I have been super busy yet not, if that makes sense?! Confused3 laugh out loud I log on to SD and read (and even quote ppl) and then don't seem to be able to respond to ppl!? Weird right. Its like it takes too much brain power laugh out loud Oh well.

Lily had her 2 week check up today! She is doing good! She gained 1 lb and is 1 inch longer than 8 days ago! She is an amazing nurser, so it doesn't surprise me how much she gained back! laugh out loud She is doing so well! I hate to even say it or type this (for fear of cursing myself) but she only cries when she needs something. This is a HUGE change from Sophia who cried ALL THE TIME! She doesn't even cry really when she is hungry, just makes a little calling out to me and then I nurse her. Its such a nice change! I hope she stays this way!

So while I was at the Dr's today, I weighed myself. I am down another 11 pounds (25 down since I had her Whee), which puts me 12 pounds less than I was before I got pregnant. I always lose lots of weight while breastfeeding, hope I can keep it off for a while this time!
WTG Ariel on the weight loss!! Sounds like Lily is amazing baby... our Lillianna is the same way.. she is such a chill babeh that it makes excited!! I love it!! HUGS!!

Walgreens are free/MM with MQ and IVC, Rite Aid has them free/MM after Up reward, and CVS has them on clearance so you get overage with MQ. Someone posted a pic of them at Walmart and the shelf tag said 5.97, so only .97 after coupon. Haven't priced them at T. The MQ expires on Sunday, though, so you have to use the qs quick. I got about 20 inserts yesterday, so the more stores I have to find the product, the better.
thanks! you inspired me to go hunt for the tylenol precise pain patches for my mom. found 4 on the shelf at my slow cvs, no clearance tag but luckily i price checked and they were 4.24, decided to get the 4 w/ my 3 mq's cuz who knows if i would find them at walgreens, so 1.96 for 4 boxes and the 1.96 qualifies for FSA laugh out loud. can't believe easter candy is still 60% Roll Eyes (Sarcastic).

i did go to walgreens also b/c i had to go to the asian supermarket which was in the next plaza. of course no tylenol pain patches so glad i got them at cvs. the extra gas to keep going back to walgreens is way more than the 1.96. but i cannot believe the clean and clear bodywash was in stockbounce! .42 tax for 2 bottles.

also went to SNS and did the hallmark card deal twice. .92 for half gal milk and 3 bday cards, .52 for doz eggs and 3 bday cards. think i'm wasting too much time picking out bday cards that i don't even use Rolleyes2 so of course i'm going tomorrow to get some more stuff! good thing tomorrow is the last day!

i read somewhere that vons is now running the same deal but it doesn't work on the .99 cards.

Some of you in here do CVS right??? I know I've heard that CVS stores turn on deals the day/afternoon/evening before but is that pretty typical for all of them?? Or is it completely random? Details? I just cannot get to CVS for the 'good' deals on Sun. AM, really Sun. at all is just a bad day. Not really much worth going for most of the time for me lately but I would like to get some Neutrogena Suncare stuff this coming week and I know it will be out if I wait.
you can always get a raincheck. they never expire. i do that all the time. and after 2 wks they don't track the ecb's anymoreWink. i've gotten multiple rainchecks when driving past multiple stores b4.

i do that all the time too and i have no excuses whatsoever. what happens is i'd rather read my other subscribed threads than reply to the posts i've quoted and by the time i come back around i don't feel like posting anymore Embarrassment.

Good morning. No yard work today. It's pouring and I don't think it's gonna stop. My forecast, "A chance of thunderstorms in the morning... Then a slight chance of thunderstorms early in the afternoon. A chance of thunderstorms late in the afternoon." Ummmm, wouldn't it just be easier to say, "a chance of rain all day"?.LMAO

Since I am going to be stuck inside today, it is up to you to entertain me.

Recipe Please I love anything with cheese and garlicyummy
Grab some bread -- sometimes I actually buy a loaf of French or Italian bread or something like that. In that case, slice it open lengthwise like you would for a submarine sandwich. More often than not, I use old hot dog or hamburger buns (they tend to go stale here). Last night it was hot dog buns.

Preheat the broiler. Butter them. Sprinkle with Tone's Garlic Bread Sprinkle with Cheese. Cover with shredded Mozzarella or Italian 5 Cheese Blend. Stick them in the over/broiler for a few minutes until they are toasted and the cheese is melted.

Morning, meanies!

Going back and forth between having carnitas or hot dogs for dinner. laugh out loud I love me some carnitas, but hot dogs are so easy and hubby can grill those. Decisions, decisions.

Debating on whether or not I'm gonna go shopping today. Seems like my sale I was going to on Saturday will be rained out, so there's not that motivation. But if I stay home, that means I have to clean. hrmmm

Kind of in the same boat, Flug. I was planning on doing a sale tomorrow...the weather for this weekend has looked great all week but now it is a 60% chance of rain tomorrow Sadwalk Wish I would've double checked this morning before placing my classified ad. Annoyed

Boys are at school today so generally it's a shopping day for me, but I guess I can bury myself in some great reading (i.e. studying) vomit

Last night we went "crabbing" for the first time for blue crab. Tied some rope to the dock and hooked a chicken neck on the end...you should've seen the amount of crab we caught...you could literally see them swimming up to the chicken and out of the water. Threw them into a pot w/ some Old Bay. yummy

Fun. Yum.

I think DH is grilling burgers tonight. I like hot dogs better than hamburgers so I usually have him throw some of those on too.

Missed the .55 cents transaction. People kept calling me. Hello world. EC is on and I want to watch it.

Oh no...I was way to polite and talked and didn't see the newest episodes. Back to watching reruns. How many times have I seen Jaime? Too too many.

Today is shopping day and going out to lunch.

My list for Target is Gilette only? Hmm need to work on that little list.

Wags. Five stores on Tuesday and not one had Clean and Clear.

Walmart is not the stop for free toothbrushes.

Have a good day everyone.

My mom has agreed to having the rummage sale at her place on the 21st. I will have to pay an arm and a leg for gas to get there but no space rent. Hopefully I do good. Put ad in the free paper and an event on Facebook this morning.

Goal is to make enough $$ to pay for some pretty flowers on the patio and for the difference of those hearing aids. Flowers sound so nice.

I have two little corner picket fences in the front yard -- L shaped, 4' each way to make a corner garden. I am not happy with how they look and it looks like a few things might not have made it through the winter. What is in there is still small, so it's a good time to move and redo. Somebody design them for me.
