Thank you! And I did call back, after over an hour of waiting for the supervisor to call me. I spoke to a different representative and he mentioned they can do something called "fdt" (no idea what that stands for) and send out a different phone rather than waiting for the exact same model to come in stock. She had the HTC Evo and they are sending her the Samsung Epic, which was my first choice. I wasn't settling for one of the Android phones they offer for free when I just paid $200 for her phone a few months ago.

Reps I spoke to earlier said there was no way I could get any different phone. I found some other Sprint phone number online that does NOT go through their regular phone system (pm me if you have Sprint and would like this number). It's immediately answered by a HUMAN. OMG laugh out loud

HD,, we bought one of the clearance Samsung tvs a few months ago and I like it. It's not high-def but didn't need to be because it was for our bedroom.

Her phone had worked fine until last night. The browser crashed while she was watching youtube and the phone turned off. When it restarted, came up with the white screen that says HTC Evo 4G, went to the Sprint screen, then shut off again. Did the endlessly. Dh tried several things including clearing the cache/ storage, hard rebooting the phone and today, the phone would only come up with the white screen. Have to pull the battery to turn it off, which some uninformed tech1 person at Sprint said was because the phone didn't receive some over-the-air software update months ago. Yeah right.

Dh, my older dd and I all have the Evo as well and no issues that aren't just finicky Android stuff. What problems are you having with your phone?

It worked fine until about a month ago, when the camera quit working. Incidentally, that was a big reason I got it, & it takes awesome pix. I went thru hard reset (wish I hadn't). Sprint was no help. Soon. In fact I need to go by the lot tomorrow and take a picture of it before they clear it because I think that's going to happen next week when we're out of town.

Ariel, love the pics!!! heart I love the look on her face in the one where she's wearing the red outfit --- such a sweetheart!

Had a decent run tonight, found a lot of toddler/kids clothes 75% for dd, nieces, and nephews. Found 2 Tangled shirts in the right size for dd so she was good for the entire trip laugh out loud

Feel for you with the phone problems....I have a love-hate relationship with mine. Have had it about a month-and-a-half now. It just seems so.....buggy. When it works I love it, but I am tired of having to deal with things not working right, making sure it has enough memory to run properly, make sure the battery is conserved enough, update everything, etc, etc.... Heck, last week it just shut off on me and wouldn't turn back on w/o taking the battery out. I have a cheap-o LG Apex (since dh works for the cell company our monthly service is cheap but we have to pay for the phone and they are WAY expensive even with employee discount) and all of the other phones would have been far too expensive. DH insists this is all normal....Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)....it is his job to deal with ppl that have these issues with their phone and I told him that if I was the customer and he told me all of this was 'normal' I would certainly switch companies!! Maybe I am too dumb for a smartphone LMAO I do need to update to the newer Android version, maybe that will help, just came out for my phone yesterday but I have been too busy!

Went to target on my break.. a very long break Wink and the PF gift card deal was on here bounce got a *few* items.. Weird thing is, I have 2 different versions of the PF coupon. Only one scans at CVS, and that one doesn't at target, but the other one did.. I think alot of the scanning problem is cashier error because the darn thing is so big that you need to hold the scanner a mile away from it.. cheapest thing I found was the remover and it was 4.19 but sold out. I got several concealer sticks, masacaras, and eyeliners..
Found some mossismo shirts on clearance for 4.98 and they were beepless with the 3.00 coupon, got some peroxide for .52 minus the .50 tq and some almost free pian reliever and gum. plus a few of the other goodies Smilie

Took another break later and shopped at CVS.. I love great shifts like this at work.. when it is good, it is really good.. and when nights are bad, they are really bad..

Well, only an hour until I can go home.. and stay up half the night packing!

I love my phone and actually Sprint is good most of the time, if you get someone that knows what they are talking about. Wink I hate being treated like an idiot by tech support people (things like, did you cycle your modem? Yes, 4 times before I called you, and then they say let's try it again a few times shake head) I wish that there was an instant level 3 tech support phone number for people that are a little more tech savvy and able to trouble shoot things on their own before calling a company.

And don't undersell yourself silly goose. hug No such thing as being too dumb for a smartphone.
