Yep! I don't always eat them after I've finished my drink, but I figured it was the same as Red Robin and their freckled lemonade or Olive Garden and their peach tea - the fruit is more for the flavor than anything.
i need to get out more often. haven't been to red robin in many yrs and just went to olive garden in feb for the first time in probably 10 yrs or more. SIL paid. Big Grin

And there is a lot of research that shows bathing infants every day is unnecessary, since they don't get dirty. It can dry their skin out, esp if they have sensitive skin anyway, which is the main reason I didn't do it with my kids. All 3 have had mild eczema.
Iagree My babies skin gets VERY dry when they get bathed daily! Lily has had a bath about 3-5 times a week so far. She needs it though bc she stinks from all the spit up. Frown I am just using extra lotion with her and that seems to be working to keep away the dry skin.

Just found out that my grandfather has prostate cancer. Sadwalk I am SO very close to him.

Does anyone have experience with this? I don't know the stage or aggressiveness yet, my dad told me in confidence, as all of his kids are still in the process of finding out. Frown
Oh Gator hug I am so sorry! My dad is actually in the hospital right now for this. He had surgery yesterday and seems they got it all. I will keep your grandfather in my thoughts and Pray

Dinner??

Ideas??

I have fresh asparagus.

Frozen veggies of some sort or another.

Potaotes.

Sweet Potatoes.

Pork chops.

Chicken quarters.

It's hot. I'm tired. I'm starving. Dh comes home in 1 hr 15 minutes. My brain is fried from being outside too long!

And bummer on the gc. I never did get to T yesterday. Grr... snooze/lose.

I am hoping to have some pics tonight. DH emailed me to say that we'll go down to teh riverfront so dd can get some good pics in.

ARGH. I forget what else I was going to say.

I will say that we have only been to Olive Garden maybe 5 times since our first child was born, which was almost 6 years ago. Teehee Red Robin more frequently because it is marginally cheaper and it is hubby's fave place to get a burger. But even having said that, we haven't been there in at least 6 months, I would guess. Just no money for that. shake head

Yeah, my son had somewhat bad eczema and so we bathed him 1-2 times a week and used Aquaphor religiously on him. Poor kid. He would scratch til he bled, so we had to work really hard to keep it under control.

My kids get sporadic baths. Usually when I'm not too tired to give them. laugh out loud

My oldest (obviously... I hope obviously) bathes herself daily. The littler ones... well... it's probably an average of every 3-4 days. (and sometimes longer.)

okay... instead of dinner help can i have laundry help. there's piles on my bed. i can't sleep if there's piles.

tx. she's one of those people who never have time and/or it's too much work. until somebody else who is not me tells her or shows her. then it's all looky what so and so told me, showed me! whatever!

as for getting out more often, some of the blame is mine for being lazy about it and some of it is sd's! Teehee

I think the rule of thumb is that it should fit on 1 page. Do you want to PM? I am suspecting that our DHs resumes are similar and I can maybe show you how DH worded some of his job descriptions and qualifications.

I would love a PM.
Sorry about your grandfather, I hope it is early enough to get it all out.

hug It's all about finding it sooner rather than later. My bff's dad is one year + out from surgery and the cancer is stable right now according to his latest scans. You guys are in my thoughts Pray

Had a lovely trip to T and HT today, with all 3 kids in tow. And of course, it was blazing hot, completely forgot it was supposed to get up to 90 today. Now enjoying my SD lunch of free OM sub, free chips, and free Sierra Mist Natural with free Dole frozen strawberries (not enough room for ice trays in my poor freezer, so I use frozen fruit to cool my drinks...Big Grin).
Scratchchin off to PM you in a second. I'm loving the frozen fruit ice cube idea!!! Smilie

Just a few days now before you leave, eh? You must be very excited! Albeit, wouldn't this be a very warm time of year there, being tropical and all?
Looks like pretty hot, over 100 degree F… I think me and DH would manage, not the kids, too tough for them, but until now DS#1 Never complained though ….
Greenie, it is not a problem at all Smilie We all are hoping for your speedy recovery…
