ink deal is starting up at staples again this upcoming week.
buy 50+ in hp ink, get 20% in rewards plus $4 in rewards per recycled cartridge.
and the hp rebate is valid still.

kudos on getting house sooner! Applause

that gelato sounds SO YUMMY. Faint
they have a couple of authentic gelaterias here, that make the gelati from scratch with real ingredients. the taste is just amazing.
hazelnut is a favorite for us.

what about doing a box at a place like mail boxes etc? would that help or come to think of it the PO still has to sort those and they'll mess it up? EEK!

you should write a letter to your postmaster general detailing the problems.

accident? what did i miss? thrifteh, sending prayers that things are ok. hug

oh hon, hug
i hate ac problems too and i particularly hate hot weather. was one of the reasons i was very glad to leave texas. i just cannot do super hot weather.
what about taking a cool bath? or even a quick cool shower?
cool showers followed by glasses of chilled watermelon juice while sitting in front of a fan are my antidote to super hot days.

and a working ac of course helps. i could passionately kiss the man who invented air conditioning [wikipedia.org]. good thing he's dead. LMAO
Thanks.. I actually did take a nice cool bath and am sipping some water as we speak.. It actually seemed a little cooler in here cause DH and I worked in the hot garage for hours, so anything felt better. We have the air turned back on and it is working, but DH keeps having to go up in the hot attic and check it.. For some reason, it is leaking water. When I came home today, the downstairs light fixture was full of water and there was a water spot on the ceiling upstairs Frown He went in the attic and the overflow pan keeps getting full and spilling.. He dried it out again, and we called someone we know who does Air. He can't come until tomorrow. He is gonna give us a discount, but still gonna end up costing us money that I didn't want to spend right now..

Making DD cook dinner.. I think she is gonna cook hamburger helper laugh out loud fine with me cause I don't want to heat up the house. I was gonna go hit CVS tonight, but have lost the interest now.. I am slowly using up extra bucks at CVS and have less now that I have had in 3 years.. I am just not motivated to shop much these days unless there are good food deals.. I have so much HBA stuff that I don't want to get more.. I actually let 15 extra bucks expire this week without realizing it.. Guess I am getting burned out Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

you may not need an ac repair guy for this.
ac's work by removing moisture from the air. that moisture drains from a pipe. if that pipe gets clogged with dust and debris, it generally overflows the drain pan.

if you have a wet dry vac or a shop vac, just try vacuuming the pipe and that should take care of it.

As if I didn't need another reason to hate CVS, now there's this: their ad runs from Sunday to FRIDAY... no sale ad for Saturday. Isn't that assinine? They started about a month ago, I was told.

yep, you're in a test market.

someone at cvs had this asinine theory that they're losing a lot of money on Saturdays by having the sale prices on cos people usually shop on Saturdays. so they're trying this out in select test markets to see if shopping goes down on Saturdays if no sales are featured, or if they make more money. stupid. Saturdays were generally the only time I managed to go to do the sales. if I didn't make that, I didn't make it into the store at all. so as far as I am concerned, CVS has a choice - get my dollars on a saturday, or don't get em at all.

some SD'ers in those markets are boycotting CVS on saturdays and telling others to do the same so the test fails.

WOW! that's a lot of blood! He might want to get a tetanus shot, if he hasn't had one in a while.

So... are there cheap HP printers out there? I have an Epson - so I either have to buy Epson ink or an HP printer...

Whyyyyyy can't they just all be interchangeable. That would make my life easier.

yeah, well girl they don't exist to make our lives easier, they exist to make money. and that won't make them any money. Stick Out Tongue

the printer companies make money by giving you printers for cheap and then charging you lots for ink. so yeah, you bet there are cheap HP printers.

set up an HD forum deal alert for HP printer. select a daily digest PM or email so you get one message a day listing the threads started that day. staples has deals on em all the time. you can get em for free or near free.

epson specializes in high end photo printers (they have machines that cost 30,000 bucks and up) and their consumer line is modeled after that idea. you're not going to get cheap epson ink. i'd hang on to the epson for good photo printing, or resume printing or such and use an HP for your workhorse needs. Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a good day. Smilie Had this [campbellkitchen.com] for dinner. It's one of our favorites and sooo good!
I made these roast beef sandwiches for dinner tonight and they were so good! Nice to have an alternative to the way I usually make them. I make my own aujus with beef consomme and shallots and a little roux. This method with the onion soup was a bit faster and another unique taste and I loved the addition of the peppers. DH loved them too, so thanks for posting the recipe.

Tomorrow is Sticky Coconut Chicken [melskitchencafe.com] and Coconut Rice and maybe some green vegetable, if I go to the store.

Sorry about your envelope. hug

I left mine at Wags yesterday in a buggy. I rushed back and someone had turned it in and it was at the front register. I had about $20 in RR's and a Wags gc with about $20 on it.

They were all still there.
I left one at RA once and it had a $50 Visa gift card in it, along with about $10 Ups, plus all my RA coupons. Faint I called the store and asked the manager to look in the carts (I knew right where it was!) and he said it wasn't there. I raced back there, and sure enough, there it was, right where I'd left it. The guy hadn't even moved the carts at all, just glanced in casually. Men!! shake head laugh out loud

Sorry about your envelope! I have left mine on the shelves in T several times before...usually I realize it once it's time to go to the registers and it's super fun to spend more time in the store retracing my steps to find it. Nono

My dad offered to babysit last night so that DH and I could go out. It was kind of last minute thing and we missed all of the movie start times by about 10 minutes and so DH suggested we go to T and then for a drink/app. Man after my own heart! It was a necessary trip to T, as I forgot some things for our vacation... used about 25 coupons and I thanked my New Team Member cashier for being so patient with all my Qs near closing time and she said, Oh that's nothing compared to last night. A Women used so many coupons that her total went to less than $1 and then she tried to use her cc and it was declined for $0.30." She told me that most of her coupons were beepers too. Ugh. This is my favorite store Frown

Anyone else excited for Cars 2? Found a TP at Walgreens for a free Cars backpack with $10 cars purchase. Nice rebate to go with the Cars/Kelloggs TQs. I am sure there will be a Kelloggs deal at T in the next couple of weeks.
We have been watching the movie trailer on YouTube over.and.over. speaking of youtube, have you all seen this? Ultimate Dog Tease [youtube.com]

Packing for our trip. Leaving tonight... Whee
