Sweepstakes begins 10:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on June 3, 2011 and ends 11:59 p.m. ET on June 19, 2011.
The Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents who, as of June 2, 2011, are Time Warner Cable subscribers, residing in a serviceable area of Time Warner Cable and those living in the same household in the following states/areas: AL, AZ, CA, CO (only in Gunnison), HI, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, ME, MA, MI, MO, NE, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, OH, PA, SC, TX, VA, WA, WV, or WI, and are 18 years of age or older.

Limit one (1) entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period.
One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 2-day/1-night trip for two (2) to New York, NY to attend the New York movie premiere of "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2". Trip includes:
• roundtrip coach air transportation from a major U.S. Gateway airport nearest winner's residence to New York;
• standard hotel accommodations [one (1) room, double occupancy] for two (2) days and one (1) night,
• round trip ground transportation to and from airport in New York,
• two (2) tickets to the "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2" movie premiere.
The total Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $5,000 depending on the winner's residence.
