Important Things To Note:
1. Ranch & Blue Cheese are extra. So before you get all hot flavors, keep that in mind.
2. Not every location has unlimited fries, chips, wedges OR onion rings.
For example, in my region - fries are unlimited, but if you want to "upgrade" to chips, wedges, or onion rings, you have to spend an additional $1.99 PER order.
3. You get 12 wings the first time, 6 each refill order. Make sure to get your server's name so you can flag her down and get your money's worth!

Also, the time I went the server was very rude. We arrived at 1:05 pm, were seated, waited a good 10 to 15 minutes for her to come take our drink order.
Then, she disappeared and came back 5 minutes later, we told her we wanted the Unlimited Wings. The first round came out at around 1:37 pm, etc.
Anyways, long story short, by the time 2 pm rolled around and we ordered a refill, she was like, "I don't know if I'll be able to do that." I inquired as to why not.
She goes, "well the manager said that the promotion strictly runs from 11 am to 2 pm, so you have to order ALL your wings within that time."
She saw I looked pissed and then went to put the order through anyways. A few minutes later, she came back to fill our drinks and goes, "yeah, so I did it this time, but for future reference, don't come straggling in here at 1:30 pm if you want to get your moneys worth."
I was seriously pissed, and she got a horrible tip. It took HER 25 minutes to get our first order in, we were there early enough to enjoy our meal!

My dad asked for lemons for his water, and she goes "sir, why don't you just order lemonade, it'd be a lot easier."
I was like, are you serious?
Oh, and while we were waiting for our food, I looked overhead and saw they have those little black dome cameras all over the restaurant focused down on table sections.
I wouldn't doubt the manager watches people eating during this promotion because I heard her say to another table, "now, since he only got the promotion, there is NO SHARING."
Sat down in a nearly empty house and the waitress took our drink orders. Twenty minutes passed before she came back to tell us that they were out of our beer selections. Our new selections never came. Got the bill and got double charged for wings, quadruple charged for celery (celery in a separate charge to begin with??), and all of our non-existent beers (first and second orders) were magically on the bill. It took the sluggish manager nearly twenty minutes to sort it all out. In the end, he gave us a courtesy coupon good for 6 wings with an order of 12. Not usable during any happy hour/promo days. What a joke.

I agree. The service i have got at 2 in the STL metroeast has been very spotty. I go just to pick stuff up, usually for the boneless wing TH thing and it makes me feel like I should just go buy some Tyson frozen things at the grocery store just to insure I dont have to wait 15 minutes for someone to take my order. Last time I had 3/4 servers just sit there and chat while I was in the little pickup area waiting to place an order. It kinda pissed me off.
The few times I have been and actually sat down and ate the service was a bit better, but the place felt like it was going through an ice age it was so damn cold.
