PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a 5-day/4-night trip for winner and one (1) guest to cheer on Team USA at the London 2012 Olympic Games, from August 4, 2012 through August 8, 2012. Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Waldorf Astoria, London (one (1) room, double occupancy); round trip airfare to and from London and major airport closest to winner for two (2); and two (2) tickets to cheer on Team USA at select Olympic Games sporting events to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to watch Team USA at the London 2012 Olympic Games events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. As part of the Grand Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $20,000 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Grand Prize. Should the Grand Prize winner's income taxes be higher than the $20,000, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $20,000. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $74,000.

Trip includes hotel accommodations at the Hilton San Jose, San Jose, California (one (1) room, double occupancy); round trip airfare to and from San Jose area and major airport closest to winner for two (2); and two (2) tickets to the 2012 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics to be determined by Sponsor. Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Gymnastics events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winner and travel companions must stay on tour provided by Sponsor during entire trip. Selection of airline, airport, flight itinerary and tickets to the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Swimming events are within the sole discretion of Sponsor. As part of the First Prize - Swimming, Sponsor will provide winner $1,500 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Swimming First Prize. Five (5) Dream Bed in a Bag Second Prize winners will each receive one (1) Hilton Bed in a Bag. Each Bed in a Bag includes a feather down comforter, duvet cover, sheet set and mattress pad in either King or Queen size as requested by winner. As part of the Dream Bed in a Bag Second Prize, Sponsor will provide winner $200 in the form of a check which may be used by the winner to offset his or her income taxes (or a portion of his or her income taxes) incurred when accepting this Dream Bed in a Bag Second Prize. Should the Dream Bed in a Bag Second Prize winner's income taxes be higher than the $200, Sponsor is not responsible for the difference between actual income taxes incurred and this $200. Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Dream Bed in a Bag Second Prize: $810.00.
