Currently McDonald's is running a promo where they will plant up to 100,000 trees in America's forests. They will plant one tree for each code entered from the Apple Dippers that the kids can get in their happy meals. Well... we got two of them and discovered that the codes were the same! McD prob gets some kind of tax break for this. And if not, they're getting the brand name out there for good will. Once you have a well established Brand, any positive publicity increases revenue.
