i know sil won't care b/c it's still cheaper than what she could get it at. but now i feel like returning the 2 press and seal i got at .74 b/c i got 6 at .29. .74 just seems too expensive.....
and i feel like returning the 3 glad snack size packs of bowls i got at .89 b/c i got 5 at .29. the average cost would be .52 which is 82% off, but still...
i know sil won't care b/c she has no gladware at all, the food containers i brought last time came in really handy to take all the food home and she wants to have a free stockpile just like on extreme couponers.
and then i feel like keeping some of them for myself, but i absolutely do not need any. well i did keep the one big bowl pkg i got at .29 b/c chinese food doesn't come in such big containers, so i would actually have to buy some. sil can pay .74ea for the other 2 i was able to find.
my dad gets a lot of takeout chinese food and in his neighborhood they charge .25 extra for the container. so he ends up w/ lots of containers which he gives to me and i give to bff and i bring to parties at my friends' houses so we can pack up all the leftovers and people can take it home. i still have a big shopping bag in the closet and i can always get more from dad.
so why do i have this horrible urge to keep some pretty dotted blue snack bowls and some bowls w/ little lighthouses, anchors, boats and crabs on them for myself?????

It was nice to have somewhat of a 'normal' day today, first time in the last week+. Went to Kohls and TJ Maxx and bought a few things for the new house at each place. I have to keep reminding myself that this is a month (probably less) away and that these weeks are going to FLY by. There is not a ton of new stuff I need to get but enough that I need to start doing it a bit at a time. The whole house needs curtains/hardware and some new blinds, etc. We've not had a shower curtain at this house (just a door) so we needed one of those. And of course I knew none of this was going to happen before the TQ expired otherwise I would have been buying more there. Still, did some pretty good damage today for not too much $$. I am well on my way

I've been looking for crutch arm and handle pads (I have metal crutches from high school, but the pads were dry rotted)
I thought WM would have them. Nope. They sent me to Wags. Wags doesn't have them in the store either (but available to order, but I don't want to risk them not getting here on time). Looks like I'm stuck going to a Medical supply type place.

i will take the crutch arm and handle pads off a pair and mail them to you. they've been sitting in the garage for months so let me just check tomorrow to see if they are still in decent condition and i will pm you.
if they are, i will put them in the mail on monday. i'm extremely horrible about getting things in the mail but we plan on seeing captain america on monday and go to the car wash so i will make a pit stop at the post office. i even have priority mailing boxes at home.

but come to think of it, the hospital may supply you w/ a pair. i know they gave me both pairs that i have. but they also might charge you for them. that was over 20 yrs ago so i don't know about now.
