Enter during the period beginning at 12:01 A.M. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 20, 2011, and ending at 11:59:59 P.M. PT, on September 2, 2011.
Open only to persons 18 or older upon entering, who are legal residents of, and physically located within, the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.

To complete entry:
Facebook - Share the link to the Shark Night Bite movie trailer with friends by clicking on the "Share" button found on the Shark Night Bite web site.
Twitter - Tweet the link/message found at sharknightbite.com to your friends.
Entrants will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes once they "Share" or tweet the link/message. Limit of one (1) entry per Facebook account and per Twitter account, for the duration of the Entry Period.
One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A trip for winner and one (1) Guest to San Francisco, CA and two (2) tickets for a shark dive excursion. Trip consists of:
• round-trip coach class air transportation from a major gateway nearest the winner's residence
• three (3) days/ two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy).
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $ 4,500.00. If winner resides within a 100-mile radius of destination, ground transportation will be provided in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof. Actual value may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Travel must be completed by November 30, 2012 or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to such winner. In the event Sponsor is unable to provide the tickets for the shark excursion, no compensation or substitution will be provided in lieu thereof, however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winner and Guest must travel on same itinerary, and are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. Guest must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence (and at least 18), and must sign a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Travel must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice.
