Only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and are the parent or legal guardian of a child that is between the ages of 2 and 10 at the time of entry.
Timing
The Contest begins on August 1, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on December 31, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT

Winner Selection
The Submissions will be ranked in the following three (3) criteria: (a) description of why your kid is snot average (45%), (b) what your child did that was extraordinary, went above and beyond in some area (45%), and (c) picture (10%). Three (3) individuals whose entry earns the highest overall score will win the Grand Prize.
Grand Prizes
Three (3) Grand Prizes will be awarded. Each grand prize winner will be awarded the opportunity to have their son or daughter that was the subject of the winning Submission to be featured on the Sponsor's new Boogie Canister. It is the Sponsor's sole discretion to determine how, when and the duration in which the child will be featured on the new Boogie Canister. Winner may also be required to do media interviews. If required and there is travel involved such expense will be paid for by the Sponsor. Winner would be required to travel with his or her parent or guardian.
