Making it up as I go, but so far it's been pretty easy. Simmering on low at the moment to flavor through and will soon be boiling some local sweet corn. I will eat some for dinner and the rest will be cut off the cob and added to the chowder.
1 package frozen sweet corn
1 package mexipore (onion, celery, carrots)
1 package turkey bacon, diced and cooked crispy
1/2 stick salted butter
2 cans vegitable broth
2 cans white creamed corn
salt
pepper
dried minced or chopped onion
1 package potatos o'brien (diced peppers, onion, and potato)
mrs dash or other salt free seasoning
cut turkey bacon into small pieces and cook crispy or cook and crumble when cooled; in pot preferred
add butter and mexipore mixture to pot and sautee
add potato obrien package and mix; sautee
once heated - add broth
bring to boil, stirring regularly
reduce heat to low boil for about 10 minutes
slightly mash mixture (use potato masher if needed)
add cream corn; rinse can with a little milk and add to chowder
continue to heat another 5 minutes then reduce and simmer; season to taste
