Promotion begins on September 1, 2011 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on November 30, 2011 at 11:59 PM ET. Promotion will consist of an Instant Win Game and a Sweepstakes.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old, or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older, at the time of entry.

You will not receive an Instant Win Game play via this method. In response to this text message, an auto-reply may be sent to the device. Standard text and data rates will be charged for each text message sent or received from your handset according to the terms of your carrier. Entries must be received by conclusion of the Promotion Period. For a list of Allstate Net Schools football games, please send an e-mail with "Net Games Location Request" in the subject line to [email protected].

SWEEPSTAKES FIRST PRIZE: The First Prize Winner will win a trip for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the BCS Championship Game on Monday, January 9, 2012 at The Superdome, a 2012 Buick Regal GS, and an opportunity to participate in the Grand Prize Field Goal Kick (as described below) for a chance to win the Grand Prize. The trip will consist of the following:
(i) roundtrip coach-class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest First Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion) to New Orleans, LA as determined by the sole discretion of the Sponsor
(ii) two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations (two rooms; each double occupancy) (room rate and tax only) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor's sole discretion
(iii) tickets for First Prize Winner and three (3) guests to the Game
The ARV of the Sweepstakes First Prize is $44,200. Actual value of prize may vary depending on date/time and city of departure. Any difference between the stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Travel companions must be at least 18 years of age in his/her place of residence as of the date of the trip. The guests must also sign a Liability & Publicity Release. First Prize Winner and guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If the First Prize Winner resides within a 100-mile radius of New Orleans, Sponsor reserves the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation and no compensation or substitution will be provided for difference in prize value. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent, on a carrier of Sponsor's choice. First Prize Winner and guests may extend their stay at their own expense. First Prize Winner and guests must travel on the same itinerary and travel must be completed on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to First Prize Winner. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the dates for any travel. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets or similar items once they are in First Prize Winner possession or in the possession of guests. Certain additional travel restrictions may apply. First Prize Winner is also responsible at their own expense for all travel insurance (or any other form of insurance desired), and any other unspecified expenses associated with acceptance and/or use of the First Prize including, without limitation, all meals, taxes, ground transportation (not specifically specified herein) and gratuities. Game tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Exact seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, player/umpire/labor strike, work stoppage, or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the Game. First Prize Winner is solely responsible for any expenses in connection with the prize not expressly described herein as being awarded including, without limitation, the following: (i) federal, state or local taxes, including, without limitation, income taxes; (ii) insurance, registration fees, delivery charges, dealer preparation fees and/or additional options, additions or equipment; and (iii) any additional expenses not described herein as being awarded.
