Prize: (1 winner) Trip to Nashville, Tennessee (for winner and three companions) includes: hotel accommodations (one room, quadruple occupancy) for 2-nights at the Gaylord Opryland Resort, arriving on October 28, 2011 and departing on October 30, 2011; two tier 2 tickets to the Grand Ole Opry on Saturday, October 29, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.; two tickets for a daytime backstage tour of the Grand Ole Opry House; vouchers good for dinner for two at the Opry Backstage Grill; one exclusive Opry Fall In The Country poster autographed by select artists appearing at the show throughout the fall season; meet & greet for two with Charlie Daniels at the Opry; one fiddle autographed by Charlie Daniels; roundtrip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and one Guest which shall originate from a Southwest Airlines origination point/airport of the Grand Ole Opry's choice nearest Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by the Opry) to Nashville, TN. If the Grand Prize Winner resides within 250 miles of Nashville, TN, the Grand Prize Winner will be responsible for his/her own transportation to Nashville, TN. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by winner; however, travel is subject to change due to circumstances beyond Sponsor's control. All travel in this Sweepstakes must be completed on the dates of October 28-30, 2011. No extensions will be permitted, and any unused travel will be forfeited. Prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer and may not be separated. Prize may not be transferred or assigned except by Sponsor. Only listed Prize will be awarded and no substitutions, refunds, cash or credit equivalents or redemptions will be made, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize package with another prize of equal or greater value in the event that the advertised prize (or any component thereof) is not available. Reporting and payment of all applicable taxes, fees, and/or surcharges, if any, arising out of, or resulting from, acceptance or use of a prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner of that prize.
