During each Weekly Program, the host will read four (4) trivia questions. Contestants who have previously registered to use the Website may enter the Contest by submitting answers to the trivia question using the online form provided on the Website.
There is a limit of one (1) prize per person and per email address per week.
PRIZES: With respect to each of the eight (8) Weekly Programs, one (1) prize per trivia question will be offered, for a total of four (4) prizes per Weekly Program and a total of thirty-two (32) prizes overall, as follows: Question #1: An NFL Shop Gift Card with a face value of $50.00. The approximate retail value ("ARV") is $50.00. Use of cards is subject to issuer's terms and conditions. Restrictions may apply. Question #2: NFL merchandise determined by Sponsor. The ARV will be in the range of $300 - $1,000, depending on the specific merchandise determined by Sponsor. Question #3: A Motorola device determined by Sponsor. The ARV will be $460. Actual value will depend on the specific device determined by Sponsor. Use of the device may require a wireless service plan and/or other services or equipment that are not part of the prize and must be obtained and paid for by the winner separately. Question #4: A trip for the winner and one (1) guest to attend the Super Bowl XLVI football game currently scheduled to take place in Indianapolis, Indiana on February 5th, 2012. The trip consists of round trip air transportation for two (2) people (the winner and guest) between the major airport nearest to winner's home and a major airport in the Indianapolis area, which will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion; standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for the winner and guest for two (2) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor (room rate and taxes only; size and type of room determined by Sponsor); ground transportation between the hotel and the football game; tickets for the winner and guest to attend the game; and $250 in spending money. The ARV is $8,625.34.
The total ARV of all prizes is $78,282.72

open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of the time of entry and live within seventy-five (75) miles of the home field of one of the National Football League teams specified in Section 3 (except for the Green Bay market, as to which residents who live within one hundred twenty five [125] miles of the home field are permitted to enter).
SWEEPSTAKES REGIONS: Each entrant will be placed within a "Sweepstakes Region" as determined by Sponsor based on the entrant's zip code. There are two Sweepstakes Regions that are open to entrants with New Jersey and New York state zip codes. Entrants with New Jersey or New York state zip codes will be included in only one (1) Sweepstakes Region and will be required upon registration to designate which one of the two applicable Sweepstakes Regions they wish to be included in. Once such an entrant has designated a Sweepstakes Region, that designation will remain in effect throughout the remainder of the Entry Period. The Sweepstakes Regions will correspond to the following NFL teams: Arizona Cardinals, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravens, Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals, Cleveland Browns, Dallas Cowboys, Denver Broncos, Detroit Lions, Green Bay Packers, Houston Texans, Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars, Kansas City Chiefs, Miami Dolphins, Minnesota Vikings, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants, New York Jets, Oakland Raiders, Philadelphia Eagles, Pittsburgh Steelers, San Diego Chargers, San Francisco 49ers, Seattle Seahawks, St. Louis Rams, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans and Washington Redskins.
A total of two hundred fifty-six (256) prizes will be available.

The specific prize to be awarded to each winner and all prize details will be determined by Sponsor in its discretion (including all product features, styles, sizes and colors and, with respect to game tickets, the specific game dates and seat locations). Not all prizes will include NFL game tickets. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of each Prize is $150. The exact value will depend on the specific prize awarded (as determined by Sponsor), where the winner resides and market conditions at the time of prize fulfillment. The total ARV of all prizes is $38,400.
