Nope! We bought ours directly from Ticketmaster (or whoever it was)!

But that's pretty sweet. Those tickets were tough to come by without a premium once they sold out!

That's why I bought the tickets - they really screwed it up. Since then I think the only wayt to buy them is through the teams. I was able to get some extra tickets because I was a Capitals season ticket holder. I don't know if they were ever available to the general public.

And that story about the car is awesome!

Carcillo suspended 7 games for a blind side hit.

Rene Bourque suspended 5 games for elbowing Washington's Nicklas Backstrom in the head.


Has "Shanaban" sent a clear message? Apparently to some guys he hasn't.

I think the point is starting to get across, you see some guys cleaning up their act.

But then again...three suspensions for Carcillo :\

Carcillo is nothing more than a goon. He's worse than Sean Avery and Matt Cooke. He has no regard for any other players and doesn't give a damn who he injures in the process. I hope this suspension gets through to him, but I doubt it. I'd predict another suspension for him at some point later this year.

Except Ovechkin. He's reversed his good boy image and has gone back to the hard playing guy he was before his hit on Campbell. While I like it, I think it's a matter of time before he meets Shanaban.

Absolutely not. I think it's PR and the linesman being a wee bit too sensitive.

Iagree Considering most players agree that it had no ill intentions, I think it was kinda dumb to suspend him.
