That is their problem. If Dubi and Boyle show up and Feds plays like he did in the past, that will cover their secondary scoring. If only Dubi - Anisimov - Callahan played together like they did last season when Gaborik was out.

The first period was torture. They made out the blown icing to fluke goal to be some highlight reel goal they way they were raving. Flyers offense is really scary though - you can't stop playing against them.

And Briere is insanely clutch.
The missed offside call on Briere's first goal was terrible. Then there was the 50000000 penalties in the NSH-DET game.

I didn't see the LA-VAN game so I can't comment on it. I heard it was crazy though.

And I don't know what Weber was doing. So far have seen nothing about any discipline hearing with the NHL. Which means he probably won't have one.

The blown offsides was a bad one, but evens it up with that waived icing.

I went to bed at the end of the 1st period of the Kings-Canucks game. It's too early in the playoffs to start watching the full WC games unless I want to be a zombie at work for the next 2 months! Hearing Mike Richards was beasting it up - not surprised. He's crazy in the playoffs.

It looked worse than it was as but it was a really dumb thing to do. Not sure what Weber was thinking.

I didn't make it past the antems in the VAN-LA game. I was too tired and getting up at 5:30 on the east coast makes it too difficult. When we start getting into the later rounds however, I will be awake and watching!

Playoff hockey is truly one of the best times of the year!

Ha, wish I would of stayed up to see that live. Couldn't stand to watch anymore hockey after the Pens collapse (again) against the Flyers. Story of the season, might be story of the Playoffs for them too. Frown

Detroit game was utter BS. Too many penalties called, and one of those powerplays led to one of our players being seriously injured and out for the playoffs. Refs should be ashamed of themselves. And after all that, no penalty called for the hit on Zetts. Just a slap on the wrist fine after the fact.

Diving fark. He was doing taht at the end of the game too trying to pick up a call. Why can't the Canucks play hockey and stop being bitches? There's a reason nearly all of Canada hates them. When you have Canadiens and Maple Leaf fans rooting for the Bruins in the Final, you know your team is hated.

Bitz has a disciplinary hearing however today. Will be interesting to see how that plays out.
