1. The Sweepstakes. The Avery® Sticky Notes Mark the Spot Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is being offered by Avery Dennison Office Products Company ("Avery" or "Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes consists of (a) a preliminary contest, where 20,000 winners are selected at random to receive one (1) pack of Avery Sticky Notes, valued at $2.88; and (b) a final contest where five (5) schools from among those nominated by the 20,000 preliminary contest winners will each win 100,000 Box Tops For Education Coupons, valued at $10,000 each. The estimated retail value of the 20,000 Avery Sticky Notes is $57,600 and the estimated retail value of the 5 school prizes is $50,000. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

2. How to Enter and Nominate a School. There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes: via Facebook and by mail.
To enter via Facebook: Starting at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on October 3, 2011, visit Avery's Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Avery, click "Like" and then click on the "Enter For A Chance To Win" button to register for the contest. Upon registering you must designate an eligible school of your choice. Your chosen school must be enrolled in the General Mills Box Tops For Education Program (the "BTFE Program") for the 2011-2012 academic school year to win. If your school is not enrolled in the BTFE Program, contact your school and suggest they enroll in the BTFE Program. (There is no cost to enroll in the BTFE Program.) Entries made via Facebook must be received midnight Eastern Time, October 25, 2011
