GRAND PRIZE. There is one (1) grand prize available in connection with this Promotion. The grand prize is two (2) admission tickets to "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" movie premiere (the "Premiere") in Los Angeles; two (2) economy-class round-trip airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest to winner's primary residence in the US to Los Angeles, CA; and one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy, room and tax only) for one (1) night (contemplated for November 14, 2011) at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the prize is $1,595.00, depending on exact itinerary. The ARV may vary based on various factors, including fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by October 30, 2011 and completed by November 15, 2011
FIRST PRIZE. There are five (5) first prizes available in connection with this Promotion. The first place prize consists of one (1) PRO Beauty Tools Twilight Limited Edition Tool Collection (which includes: (i) one (1) Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Ceramic Styler; (ii) one (1) Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Ceramic Styling Iron; (iii) one (1) Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Ceramic Ionic Dryer; (iv) one (1) Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Ceramic Detailer; (v) one (1) Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Ionic Steam Hairsetter; and (vi) one (1) set of Twilight Limited Edition Sparkle Brushes). The ARV of each first prize is $167.94.
The Total ARV of all prizes offered in this promotion is $2,434.70.
