Grand Prize #1: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for winner and up to three guests to visit the set of an ABC show. Show selection and set visit location will be at the sole discretion of Sponsor at time of awarding. Trip prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation for four from a major airport near winner's legal U.S. residence (as selected by Sponsor) to a Southern California airport (as selected by Sponsor); 3-nights' accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) in a hotel of Sponsor's choosing; round-trip ground transportation between Southern California airport and the hotel and between the hotel and set of the show; and $500 cash or cash equivalent for spending money (or otherwise). (ARV: $5,000). Actual final value of trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure; ticket and hotel availability and cost at time of booking; and, under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of prize trip in cash. If winner's residence is within 200 miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion, winner/guests will be responsible for their own transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel. Should winner have fewer than three guests accompany him/her on trip, trip prize elements will be awarded in a manner appropriate for the actual number of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. Grand Prize #1 trip must be completed between on dates specified by Sponsor and/or Administrator at time of awarding. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates apply.

Grand Prize Winner agrees to travel during specific dates to be determined at Sponsor's sole discretion to coincide with the Show's production schedule or prize will be forfeited without further compensation and an alternate winner will be selected. Prize travel must be completed by December 31, 2012. Sponsor is not responsible for cancellation or preemption of Show or for other circumstances that make it impractical or impossible to fulfill this element of the Grand Prize. This element of the prize has no approximate retail value, and if it becomes impractical or impossible to fulfill this element, Sponsor's only obligation will be to provide the remainder of the prize. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor's approval. Sponsor reserves the right to omit the set visit portion of the prize for logistical, scheduling, production, security or other concerns as warranted in Sponsor's sole discretion. Allow 6-8 weeks after validation for travel arrangement of prize. Grand Prize Winner and guests must comply with the Show's rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Nature and duration of set visit will be at Sponsor's sole discretion and Sponsor makes no promises or guarantees that winner and guests will meet or interact with any Show cast or crew.

Trip prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation between a major airport near winner's residence (as selected by Sponsor) and the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida; 3-nights' accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) at Walt Disney World Resort; round-trip ground transportation between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Resort via Disney's Magical Express Service; four 2-day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper and Water Fun Park; Disney Gift Cards with $75 per day for winner and each guest to be used for meals (or otherwise). (ARV $5,000). Actual final value of trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure; ticket and hotel availability and cost at time of booking; and, under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of prize trip in cash. If winner's residence is within 200 miles of Orlando, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion, winner/guests will be responsible for their own transportation to/from Orlando hotel. Should winner have fewer than three guests accompany him/her on trip, trip prize elements will be awarded in a manner appropriate for the actual number of travelers and winner will not receive any compensation or substitute prize in conjunction therewith. Grand Prize #2 trip must be completed by December 31, 2012. Accommodation restrictions and blackout dates apply. Trip is non-transferable and cannot be extended beyond the valid date
Grand Prize #3: (1 winner) 4-day/3-night trip for up to four to the Disneyland Resort. Trip prize consists of: round-trip coach air transportation between a major airport near winner's residence (as selected by Sponsor) and a Southern California airport; 3-nights' accommodations (one standard room, quadruple occupancy) at a Disneyland® Resort hotel or Disneyland® Resort area hotel as determined by Disney for 3-nights; four 2-day Disneyland Resort Park Hopper tickets good for admission to Disneyland and Disney's California Adventure theme parks; and preloaded Disney Gift Cards with $75 per day for winner and each guest to be used for meals (or otherwise). (ARV: $5,000). Actual final value of trip may be higher or lower based on point of departure, choice of destination, ticket and hotel availability and cost at time of booking; and, under no circumstances will winner receive the difference between ARV and actual final value of prize trip in cash. If winner's residence is within 200 miles of Los Angeles, as determined by Sponsor/Administrator in their sole discretion, winner/guests will be responsible for their own transportation to/from Los Angeles hotel. Grand Prize winners are solely responsible for all other expenses not specified herein, including but not limited to taxes, tips, meals, beverages and hotel incidentals (for Grand Prize #1, 2, 3) and installation costs (for Grand Prize #4). For Grand Prize #2, 3, tickets for admission to listed Walt Disney World® or Disneyland® attractions are subject to terms and conditions as indicated thereon. To participate in certain activities included as part of Grand Prize trip, winner and travel companions may be required to execute additional releases and waivers of liability; in all cases, and without limitation of paragraph 6 below, Sponsor and its agencies shall have no liability in conjunction with winner and travel companions' participation in any activities in conjunction with Grand Prize trip. Each Grand Prize trip Winner and their guests must travel together on specified itinerary, including same departure date, destination and return date or Grand Prize trip may be forfeited in its entirety. All travel dates and arrangements are subject to change, availability and Sponsor's approval. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Grand Prize trip winners and guests are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary documentation and fulfilling any necessary travel requirements prior to travel. Grand Prize trip winners and guests will not be credited with frequent flier miles in conjunction with prize travel. In addition, Grand Prize trip winners may be required to present a valid credit card at the hotel at the time of check-in. Grand Prize trip winners and guests must provide own transportation to and from departure airport. Grand Prize trip winners will be asked to provide three (3) possible dates of travel at least six (6) weeks in advance of travel; however, Sponsor's decision as to actual travel dates is final and binding. Grand Prize winners will be randomly selected for a specific prize as determined by Administrator at time of drawing and winners will not have the option to choose their own Grand Prize

Sponsor is not responsible for any portion of a Grand Prize trip that might become unavailable or cancelled due to circumstances outside of its control (e.g. for reasons including but not limited to inclement weather, or an event of force majeure); in such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the Grand Prize with no further obligation to the winner. Without limiting the foregoing, no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize(s) or portions thereof of equal or greater value if a prize listed or any portion thereof is unavailable for any reason. Grand Prize trip winner and his/her guests must follow all instructions of Sponsor and any prize providers during their trip and should Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guests fail to adhere to such instructions or engage in unruly, obnoxious, anti-social or otherwise inappropriate behavior (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion), Sponsor reserves the right to end trip early, in whole or in part, and send Grand Prize winner and/or his/her guests home and/or take other actions as Sponsor deems appropriate in its sole discretion, without liability or further obligation to Grand Prize winner.
