open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are between the ages of six (6) and thirteen (13) as of the date of entry.
begins 12:00:00 am (midnight) Eastern Time ("ET") on 10/18/11 and ends 11:59:59 pm ET on 12/8/11
answers to the following question/statement: 1) Which NFL player(s) inspires you to be fit and why? and 2) Using your personal goals, stories or experiences, tell us how you and your family stay active and healthy. Your response to each question/statement must be between 25 and 75 words. Your answers to the question/statement will be judged, as provided hereunder. Actual play for sixty (60) minutes per day is not required to enter or win.
Limit one (1) Entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Promotion Period.
one (1) potential Grand Prize winner and thirty-three (33) potential First Prize winners (for a total of thirty-four (34) potential winners) will be selected.
One (1) Grand Prize: A prize package consisting of the following: 1) A seven (7) day/six (6) night trip for four (4) (winner and up to three (3) Guests) to Indianapolis, IN to attend Super Bowl XLVI scheduled to take place on February 5, 2012. Trip consists of round trip coach class air transportation for four (4) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Indianapolis, IN, standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, quadruple occupancy) for six (6) nights, mid-size rental car for seven (7) days/six (6) nights, attendance for four (4) at NFL Kids' Day at Super Bowl XLVI Game Day Fan Plaza, four (4) NFL Experience tickets, four (4) tickets to Super Bowl XLVI, NFL car service to and from the game and a total of $500 spending money awarded in the form of a check (awarded as a check in the name of Grand Prize winner's parent or legal guardian); 2) The Grand Prize winner entrant (minor child) will have the special experience to be on the field for the Super Bowl pre-game and will hand the official kicking ball to a member of the officiating staff prior the start of Super Bowl XLVI; and 3) a Hall of Game experience consisting of a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, CA consisting of round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA, standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy) for three (3) nights, two (2) tickets to the taping of the Cartoon Network's "Hall of Game" currently scheduled for February 2012 and the opportunity to walk the red carpet prior to the taping. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Hall of Game experience portion of the Grand Prize = $2,300. Total ARV of Grand Prize = $12,500.
Thirty-three (33) First Prizes: A PLAY 60 Prize Pack inclusive of two (2) tickets to a 2012 NFL regular season game in their market (for the Non-Team Market winners will each receive two (2) tickets to a 2012 NFL regular season game closest to their residences). If a winner resides over one-hundred fifty (150) miles from designated NFL team's stadium, transportation and hotel accommodations will be provided by Sponsor and all travel details will be determined by Sponsor. ARV = $200 each.
