I went over the summer for a week and had some stuff shipped there. He thinks I'm crazy and need help with my shopping addiction laugh out loud. Dh got mad also because of the stuff that was delivered at home. I was trying to even it out, but I just pissed them both off laugh out loud.

Spend $50 and get automatic free shipping and free returns on any order.
I remember you getting in trouble. Teehee I feel your pain. My parents wouldn't have said anything, but there's no way I'd ship anything to my inlaws' home. Some people think it's okay to tell you how to spend your money. I just don't get it. Your DH, OTOH, he has a right to care. I'd just tell him to get over it. That's what I do to my DH. We've been together so long he's finally given up & keeps his thoughts to himself. laugh out loud

Thanks for the Sephora tip. Smilie

And of course I bought the Deluxe size since it was such a good deal. I'll have to look into their return policy I suppose.
I am out and was realllly needing it now Frown
I agree with anni. It's their fault, so they should correct it. You shouldn't have to pay for shipping either way. Unfortunately, they don't have the best CS though.

I have a med/beige sample, if you want it. I know it would still take a while to get to you, but I'd be glad to send it, if it would help.

i have been!! i got so upset last time because an employee wouldn't give me a $4 discount on a disgustingly used palette. now i'm glad i didn't buy that used palette at a discount! Smilie

oh, and my secret is to just get to $50 for FS. i do in-store returns.
I thought so. I remember you mentioning them a long time ago. I'm glad you finally found them. It's a good thing LukesMama brought it up.

Thanks for the tip. Smilie

I remember the Swarvorski bra last year made it to SAS, I'm hoping the one this year would! At least online SAS! I'm NOT paying $200 for it! I don't even know if that shade would look good on my skin. I've tried their "sugared violet" type colors in the years before and it made me look like death, so I don't know about this bra! So pretty I just wanna try it!

Thanks for the reviews about the palette. Looks nice Smilie

I agree with alvs, hit the $50 mark, and just return. I return in store since my credit gets processed faster. nod
Thanks Smilie

I wish the Allure boxes didn't have so many drugstore brands. I don't know if I'll get it or not. There seems to be some good products in it though.

Hopefully, your dbf's parents aren't the type to care what you buy. I figure as long as you don't ask them for money it's none of their business. We've never asked my inlaws for a dime, but they still feel they need to tell us how to spend our money. They even told us not to have another child once. Apparently, we couldn't afford it. Annoyed They send our DS a $25 check for his birthday, & spend about $100 on him for Christmas. They see him about once a year. As far as our finances, we don't discuss that with them. They have no idea how much my DH makes or what we owe. I really don't think us having a dozen kids would affect them much. Yes, I was more than annoyed, especially since we'd tried, but couldn't get pregnant again. One time they also told us we couldn't afford a new car, even though they seriously have no clue how much money we have. Dontknow Sorry for the rant. Obviously, people telling others what they should or shouldn't spend money on is a sore spot with me. I'll get off my soapbox now. Embarrassment

I forgot red mentioned it too. Sorry red, I didn't mean to slight you. hug

I don't think they are. they leave us alone for the most part. dbf's mom has gone "shopping" in my drugstore cabinet before tho. laugh out loud i think she knows i only get stuff when it's a good price. it sucks that your in-laws are like that! Comfort

dbf on the other hand will usually say stuff. but i just disregard it. he needs to deal with it, as i am not going to change!

Yous should see Indian in laws(well most of them- not all ) and you will feel better about yours.laugh out loud
There is not a single thing where my MIL did NOT give us her opinion and expected us to follow her words. Stress Luckily with time DH has learned to not share much with her.

Good for you. Men don't respect women they can run all over. It sounds like your dbf's parents will make good inlaws some day.

Oh no, I can't imagine them being worse. You poor girl. They're one of the major reasons we moved to FL (they live in NC). laugh out loud We have never shared anything with them. They just take it upon themselves to assume things. shake head Maybe, they struggled when they were younger & assume we do to. Who knows? All I know is I'm glad I only see them about once a year. It's sad, because I was hoping to have a good relationship with them like my DH did with my parents. Inlaws should be your second parents not people you dread seeing. Frown

SO and I are doing well. However, I have ex-SOs coming out the woodworks. My last SO sent me a Twitter DM saying he wants to try again. Another ex- SOs has been calling. This is definitely cuddle season, so I guess they are looking for a home-cooked meal and a warm bed. #SoSad

At least she's not complaining about how much I shop! Like my mother!!! She doesn't appreciate my deals. At least this way, when she wants to use some of the stuff I've collected, I'll have her buy it off of me shake head Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

That's cool though, a nice bonding, I guess. Plus most Asian people like things for free laugh out loud
