I got an "Exclusively for you" email to get the same deal for existing customers. I had a $5 PD credit, so I got it for $20. If I got the email, you all probably did too. I still have the Mamasource code to use too. I just used the last Bloom GC deal late last week. It hasn't even shipped yet. I'm holding off on the MS & this deal to stretch them out a bit.

GH, check all of your accounts. Two of my accounts got surveys, but the rest didn't. It's totally YMMV. That being said, I also haven't had my $10 credited either...

mine is a code that came from a new mom packet. i never noticed they ask for surveys in exchange for plum dollars. i should pay more attention.
