I agree. I'm still waiting on a one item (no GWP) order from before Thanksgiving last week. It said it was shipped but the tracking says USPS-no record of this item Confused

I have about 6 orders I am waiting on from TG weekend. They used to be faster.

On the somewhat bright side they seem to have shipped 3 orders where they discontinued the item ($25 yoga pants and crews) but shipped the GWP and hopefully and SRC. I guess that saves me $25 on each order and I net $30 at least in SRC and 3 pups laugh out loud I did want the items but I'll live.

Oh and yes....the free panty in store. What a saga that was. Showed up around 4pm and they claimed to be out. Hung around the store for a while to pick out a replacement (they said any cotton or PINK panty) and try on some things while I was at it. I was kinda pissed and mentioned to a couple of SAs that I was gonna call corporate. Eventually one of the panty stockers said he found some in a drawer in Large and he thought they had put them up at the registers. Went up to the cashier and they had a few Mediums and extra Smalls up there. Finally got a Medium but the drama and disorganization was kind of ridiculous laugh out loud

Yeah - I'm really not trying to be a PITA, but I've spent two hours messing with their site just to end up missing out on a SRC. OK - fine, I'll tackle it tomorrow from home. That I can live with. On the other hand, my orders are taking AGES to ship (a whole week!! and it hasn't shipped yet!) the site keeps crashing, my store looks at me like I am stupid when I ask about the Pink Nation panties, and shipping items without the GWP with no explanation seems to be more and more common.

It's not like VS is cheap. We all spend a lot of money there, and with what we spend for our stuff they can afford better service and a better server for their site. One crash is understandable. A whole weeks worth of bad timing, under stocked promos, and delays in my orders is starting to wear on my nerves.

/rant.

Sorry - there is some idiot coworker of mine who is new who keeps standing in my door bothering me while I am busy. Just now he decided to start trashing the Greeks. I'm Greek. I'm also 30 weeks pregnant and really irritable laugh out loud

I have a really long coat from laundry but in most winter days I can't do without hood and looking for something stylist warm with hood. Are puffy coats in ? I have no idea about latest trend Hide there are sooo many on VS !

nod I'm thankful to not have experience the frustrations most of you girls are having, but that's because usually at night, 10PM PST, it's pretty calm. But still, I can see how infuriating it is! One of the reasons I've stopped liking VS so much.
