anyone ever had an online instore return get lost?

i made the return a week and a half ago. according to UPS, the package hasn't even been scanned for tracking to begin or to show it is in their possession.

according to VS customer service and their returns dept, my return hasn't been manifested yet in their system. so they said to call the store to see if they still had my return in their possession. i did and the lady refused to even look to see if it was there. she kept insisting that it was mailed the day after i left it yet didn't even look for it...

sooooooooooooooooooo yeah. if they don't find it in a month, i am not shopping at VS for a while. i doubt that will bother them though laugh out loud

I had 3 returns in one bag that never showed up in the UPS system at all but after about 2 weeks I received the return confirmation emails from VS. In fact if I try to track that package right now UPS still stays it doesn't know anything about that tracking number! I hope this is the same issue for you.

I was worried about doing in-store returns, I think I would rather pay the $5.95 instead of allthe hassle you ladies have expeienced and the post man picks it up for free off my porch!

Have you used up your $500 yet? If you did what did you get!? Woot I'm uber jealous! I'm probably going to use my remaining $10's for some undies. I don't need them, but I certainly don't need anything else either!

If any of the ones I have coming in the mail is any good - I am stocking up on the fleece boyfriend pants. Out of all the maternity clothes I have bought - these are by FAR the most comfortable pants ever. Plus, I won't feel bad wearing them after the baby gets here. I can't wait to never see maternity clothes again! (Or at least for a long while!)

I had this happen last week. Call your store to see if the package went out. I dropped one off on Black Friday, and UPS did not pick it up til the following Wednesday so that's why it wasn't in the system. Called the store and they told me that UPS was so backed up cause UPS was closed Thurs and Fri and they dont pickup on the weekend.
