I am SO mad at VS right now. You guys know how I sent in returns and got return confirmations for them on November 25th but never got the gift cards in the mail. Well on about Wednesday of last week I called them and the CS rep said they were shipped so give it a full 10 business days so I gave it until then. On Saturday I called back and that CS rep said they shipped them but she would email them to me since I never got them and it would take up to 5 days to get the emails.

Well today I got an email for a SRC instead of the gift cards from my exchanges so I called them and told them all this and now the CS on the phone said it didn't look like they were ever shipped so he's sending them out by mail and it can take up to 10 days!

Of course by this point I'm super fed up since I don't know if he's wrong or if the other two reps didn't bother to look and see if they were sent out. I asked to speak to someone in charge but he claims no one was available and he'll have someone call me back. I hope they don't think I'm letting this go without them at least putting all this crap on record.

Sorry to hear. This is one of the reasons why I've stopped shopping with VS so much. You can call back and immediately ask for a supervisor. That's what I've done and the rep tries to mitigate it. Sometimes they're nice, other times they're not. If they ask about the conversations you had, challenge them to bring up the phone recordings. I've done that and they freaked out.

Sometimes, tracking info is never updated. It's not uncommon for me to have a package show up that doesn't have any info in the system. I hope that's the case for your package.

Cotton Cross Front Sweater [victoriassecret.com] This was extremely thin. I wouldn't call it a sweater. I just didn't expect the medium to be so small. The neckline is a little weird, I've worn the sweetheart necklines before but this one is so wide I'm not sure if I could wear a bra without the straps showing.( where it falls on the model is accurate to wear it falls on my shoulder, which is usually where my bra strap is)

That stinks! It kind of sounds like the last guy was the only one who took the time to investigate it for you. I'd have a tendency to believe what he told you. I know that isn't what you want to hear, but they usually don't tell you something they know you don't want to hear unless it's true. Frown

speaking of trying on again, liggy i tried on the curve loving sweater again last night, and decided it's going back. it's so weird that it accentuates my fat while the cotton thermal does not. Dontknow wish i didn't have my tummy/love handles...

Alvs, do you know which city the Bloom certificate is under? Under my city (Tampa), there's a $42 Julep GC for $20 or $102 for $50, & the Folica deal, but no Bloom.
