I just got a call from VS warning me not to place any backorders. Umm I only did one backorder in the last year and that was a coat this week to ship out a scarf and gloves for $10. Other than that I havent even gotten any decent deals actually. I didnt even get a single perfume coffret. What a bunch of assholes. Think I am gfoing to be returning some shit to them

wth?? that's a first. yeah i'm kind of mad at vs too because one of their SA's gave me false info and i want to return a bunch of stuff too.

Totally understand. Since we moved I feel isolated from my family and really close friends. Dh travels a lot with work.

A boy! I know most people don't know I never posted about it until now. People at work just found out about 2 weeks ago. Everyone was shocked and of course I'm due in the middle of the tax season, but my employer is very nice about it all.

I am so glad your hubby is so supportive. That will make everything so much happier. Just wait till you have that little one in your arms, there is nothing in the world like falling in love with your newborn. It is a little different for everyone but usually within the first week or so all those crazy hormones. I always got so anxious worrying about all the things that can go wrong, plus so freaking uncomfortable at the end, the last few weeks were just so hard, to even breath! That when I finally had my son and he was in my arms and I was ok and he was ok and it was all over with, I literally could not stop smiling! I don't think I had ever felt such a happy high ever before.

I was so relieved it was all over with and we were both fine and healthy. The nurse came in the morning and told me I was so cute because I was still smiling even while I was asleep! On the first night I wanted my baby in my room with me and DH and I loved it but I didn't sleep well at all.

On the second night DH was going to be back at home with our girls and although I did want to keep the baby in the room with me I also really NEEDED and also wanted at least a few solid hours of uninterrupted sleep. I let the nurses take him to the nursery. I am not sure when I fell asleep probably about 9 pm after DH left.

I slept so good! It was such a deep sleep I so felt much better and energized. I woke up at 5 am and missed my baby, I beeped the nurse and she brought him right in. Just that one good solid sleep helped so much that I had wished I had taken advantage of both nights.

So even though you might not want to, you should for sure let the nurses help you get a good night sleep. You don't have that help once you are home. Well not unless you have someone close to you that wants to help which I didn't. It was just DH and I.

Stinky and Bluerose--my package from yesterday was stolen too/or the post office messed up and mis-delivered it or something. I was pretty upset I called my post office and they told me to call back tomorrow in the morning, and VS was NOT being helpful. They told me they would just refund my order minus the SRC amount or resend my order without the scarf since it's out of stock. I only placed the order for the scarf!

My hubby has the opportunity to work offshore, and he continually turns it down, even though it is well over 2 times the money he makes now. I can't stand him being gone so much and I know he doesn't like being gone. I give you a lot of credit – I couldn't do it. We have both of us work instead of him leaving, and even that is going to be really hard soon

Yeah pretty much out of the blue...havent done much business with them lately. You would think with all of the FS codes they have had out they would have better things to do. I mean they had FS on any order and people were going nuts ordering cheap stuff and GWPs then.



I am afriad that they will charge me for the SRCs and GWPs but yeah they will get some stuff back.

Every other order I have has backorders. After they skrewed me couple times with my orders with no apologies from customer service, I stopped caring... oops I just placed another one an hour ago too. lol

It is definitely hard on us with him being out of town so much. He loves his job so I try to be supportive. Before ds I would go with him, but we have to stay behind because of ds's schooling now. Does your hubby work in the oil industry?

Me and hubby both work in the oil field. I work in logistics, he is an ROV technician. He could easily triple his salary going offshore - but with the baby on the way and us being as close as we are, it's a no go. I feel for you terribly! I have spent many nights in bed alone wondering how I would ever get through until he came home. It's terrible. However, it isn't like any other job out there.

My hubby only goes out 3 - 6 times a year for a week or two. It just is really bad when they have no internet or phone, I worry too much. I'd never let him go overseas though. Too hard The money is amazing, but it's just not worth it to us.

I can't imagine how you would go from being able to go with him to having to stay home That has to be so hard! Hopefully he is home for Christmas! Is your hubby in the oilfield too?

you're too funny. i think after this holiday season, i'm going to try to stop placing orders bc their clothes almost never fit right on me/look like they do in the pictures. let's see if i can keep to that
