When you do a phone exchange do they return the money you paid for the new item or the old item?

I want to return an item I bought with a SRC.

I've never had money returned. Sometimes it's just even or more. Maybe you could inquire with them?

Not during the call for the phone exchange. They'll give you your money back when they receive the returned item

Ok last question laugh out loud Will they give me my money back even if I used a SRC? I purchased a $9.99 item with a SRC and exchanged it for a different $9.99 item.

I have only done it once but not with a src. They charge you for the new item and credit you back when you send back the one you don't want.
