Ok last question Will they give me my money back even if I used a SRC? I purchased a $9.99 item with a SRC and exchanged it for a different $9.99 item.

Hi girls! Just stopping by for a second to say hi. Too much work in here today. I'm happy to report that VS actually sent me the e-gift card as promised for the inconvenience on my last order.

i'm getting pickier and pickier as time goes by with what i want to add to my closet. trying to really live by that mentality of quality over quantity. i shop at all those brands too but it's only select items (00, 0, xs, or pxs, s in junior stores). . .
We'll have to start learning how to tailor our clothes ourselves or pay big bucks to get it professionally done :-(

That has always been my wardrobe! I'm attracted to clothes that don't match my normal lifestyle. Party dresses, formal business wear (don't have a formal 9-5 job lol), NYE type dresses, dresses & more dresses. Oi.

I just started my laser sessions.. they put this gel on that "cools" the laser so it feels cold rather than hot, but every now and then you'll get zapped! It feels like someone snapping you with a rubber band in the crotch. IMO laser (I'm getting a mini-brazilian) is wayyy more awkward than a gyno visit, haha. You get nekked and then spread 'em!

It's a work in progress I'm trying to make that transition too.
Tailoring- my dry cleaner does pant hems for ~ $4-10/pair, seam take ins or let outs are ~$15. You could always see if your local dry-cleaner does alterations. This does mean that if you have to try it on for them to pin it, you might be changing in the store window behind a shower curtain held up by PVC pipe. That was a nailbiter for me

Yeah, I was hesitant at first... but if it takes $5 - $15 for the pants to go from say, me wanting to wear them but not doing so very much b/c the fit is a little off to 'perfect or almost perfect fit' and wanting to wear all the time... then I feel like it's worth it b/c I could spend more on a pair of pants and get a better fit, but it would be way more than $15.

I used to be fond of tailoring til my local Dry Cleaners messed up one dress and the seam came out of another pair of pants! $10 for alternations!! I stopped going. I also stopped buying work pants. Unless they come in short..from Bebe or something. Express pants have been making me look terrible with a saggy butt

SRCs are still working online. Used on on a backordered bra and the glamon bag

Sooo UPS is sending SO many of my VS packages back to VS because they made 3 attempts to deliver, wrote that it required a signature on the slip (but when I called ups, the lady said it didn't and that's why they aren't holding it for 5 days after final delivery attempt) and sent it all back today. I called ups and they gave me the tracking number for the returned packages, does any one know if VS will ship them back out to me if I contact them? Or will I just get my money back or what? Ugh I'm mad at ups, the lady kept telling me that it was up to my driver to decide if it was safe to leave packages. I live in the safest old people neighborhood ever. >_>

i'm pretty sure VS will send it back out to you if you call. it's sort of ups's fault anyways, since they should have just left it at your door. maybe if you're not home next time, just leave a sticky note on your door for ups telling them it's okay to leave the packages

I think it's just hitting me that I am having a baby and I am starting to panic. I don't have family here, I am not currently on speaking terms with my mom and not that close to my MIL. Plus, everyone lives at least an hour away. I don't have any good friends with kids and I feel so lost! People ask me questions and when I look at them blankly, they act like I am stupid. It's frustrating and makes me feel like a bad mom before I even have my baby.

Attachment 892298 Flirty Cardi. Purchased in Cider Heather, the light pink and the light brown. I washed 1 of them... the ends curled in and it looks a lot less polished than before washing. I removed promptly, washed gently... I don't iron cardigans. I might have to return these. They are nice and soft. bummer.

Attachment 892300 Crochet Tunic Sweater. The multi-color grey is a purple- a dark lilac, with a more reddish purple sewn into the weave. I would def not chance buying this from MJR. The one I got has a pulled thread- from what I understand, once one goes, they all unravel. . It has some wool in it so it is a tiny bit itchy & smells like wool. Length: covers 3/4 of the bum. Want to keep, might exchange for black.

Attachment 892302 VS Siren Velvet Legging in Cloudy Grey. Sure, black is a staple (and in the clearance Cat, it is $16.xx, very limited sizes), but I ordered both to try sizes and the grey looks so neat. I have pretty small legs, average thighs - and the smaller size fit perfectly, ok maybe it pulls a little on the beer gut , but all I'm saying is that if you have big calves, these are going to be tight, but if you size up- they'll look baggy and will lose their "siren" luster... this one's going to be a hit/miss for people. Thinking about keeping ...

There are so many things happing in my life lately. The biggest one is that my husband and I got a huge surprise 6 month ago - I found out that I'm pregnant. I was really stressed at first since it was unexpected, but now I'm pretty excited. Plus many people still cannot tell that I'm pregnant and I fit in all my clothes which I love. I'm pretty much just showing a little in a belly but that's it, no crazy weight gain anywhere else. I'm hoping this will be true for the next 3 months.

By the way, I just got an email from VS customer service about my last crappy order experience. I cannot believe this, they are saying that they will send me a $35 e-gift card within 2 days. I'm pretty surprised, they usually don't do anything. Of course, we'll see if I get it...

I paired this with the VS off the shoulder square-neck bra-top and the combo looked good but its not very versatile so im on the fence about it. It will not look good with any shirt that does not accentuate your neck and collarbones (ie no turtlenecks, no collars, etc.). of the other colors, I think the blue and black would be a pretty combo also.

Swarovski bra, $79.99, 2010 edition. Umm I was underwhelmed when this arrived (without the decorative gift box I might add) but I gotta say, when you put that sucker on, it glitters like no-one's business… I bought two, one for myself and one as a bridesmaid gift.. would keep for $30-40 dollars. Not convinced it's worth 80. On the fence. Oh and it's a neon pink color! Lol loverboy will not have a problem finding anyone who has this thing on.. even without the crystals..

I tried to have laser hair removal done on me today. I have pale pale pale skin (think casper the friendly ghost) and really red hair. They had to use the really strong laser, which hurt... My hair was too light, and there wasn't enough contrast with my skin, so it didn't really work

Me too. My DBF went home for the holidays - he's on break from classes right now. I can't go home until tomorrow night, though. Have to work. So I'm staying in our apartment all alone. Worst part is some guy got stabbed yesterday a block away from our apartment. It's got me all paranoid to take the bus today.

Cool, I'll have to give them a call, it's just too bad that my stuff actually arrived before Christmas but went back.

Yesterday, my sister and I went to use up our SRCs, we were all ready with our separate transaction of mostly $8.50 panties when the cashier starts giving my sister change for what she didn't use up on the card! My sister didn't want the cashier to get in trouble so she said "I don't think you are suppose to do that" The cashier argued with her and was like, do you really want money left on a card that expires tomorrow?! But then the cashier just settled on just using the remainder of SRCs when the amount was more than $10 owed. It made us slightly regret not getting more underwear that was over $10 or even a bra, I think she would have let us combine our SRCs. She was very nice and sweet. That store used to be full of super mean men and women so I'm glad.

Well, today I got 3 checks from VS. Two of them were 1 penny each and another one was for 50 cents. When VS had FS on any order I placed 2 $9.99 orders and one $9:50 (all with SRC), so they sent me whatever was left on my SR cards. It doesn't even make sense, because I could have used the remaining value last night or at the store, but it's VS.
