i have a fleabay question - someone bought something while i was gone and i sent them a message confirming the ship date. they were fine with it. however, a couple days later they messaged me saying they were going to move and asked if i'd ship to a p.o. box. now, since the p.o. box isn't listed as their paypal ship address, i refused to ship there. i responded saying that i couldn't, and they never replied.
this was a few days ago. i sent another message last night saying that i can only ship to the paypal-confirmed address, and offered to refund her money if that was not okay. still no reply.
what should i do?

So I message the deadbeat - no response for days - then request to cancel the sale in an effort to be NICE and not have them get the unpaid item strike on their account. Out of nowhere, the deadbeat denies the request. But they will not pay or communicate. And I won't get the final value fee back because I can't do the unpaid item case now. Bottom line: when you have a non-payer, always always always do the unpaid item case! And fleabay SUCKS.

If you're not in a hurry to get the money I'd give the person a few more days to reply but if they don't I'd go ahead and file a non-paying bidder claim.
It's a crappy situation. I'm sorry. That person could solve everything by just admitting they can't go through with the purchase.

the item wasn't very expensive, so fvf is probably less than shipping would cost, i think. i will definitely wait for them to respond, and perhaps contact ebay about it to see what they think i should do. it's just annoying that they are so unresponsive.
the 20% off sale items code is working on discounted tems that aren't in the "Sale" section. So like the Urban Decay BOS IV that went on sale today for $44 and the eyeshadow pencils that went on sale for $19... Sephora price matched the UD website. And the 20% off applies.
So BOS IV is $35.20 and the pencil set is $15.20. I recently got the pencil set from the $15 off $50 sale and I cannot recommend them enough! They are gorgeous and stayed put all night at my bartending job while I was running around and sweating without primer.

also, i emailed cs for PA's - i ordered an incredible demi in nude when it was full price and used a 10 off code. now it's 33.50, so i asked them for a PA from 45, and they gave it to me!

Kurpee- did you try to see if the SRC still works? I had a customer come in with one today with a sob story about how she was out of town..bla bla bla. So I told her that we would accept it if the computer said there was a balance on it- and there was $10! Not sure if they would still work online though.
