I agree with tarribear.
I also sent an email about a PA for the pajamas and received the same email telling me they couldn't do the PA, so I sent a new email and got my PA. If they deny it again, I would send another email (third times the charm right?). Then if that doesn't work I would call.

My UPS driver is the best. He was here earlier with two packages (VS and Sephora), but I was expecting two VS packages. He just came back with my other VS package. Most would have not delivered it until tomorrow. Now, I just need to find his holiday envelope. He did not deliver last week when I knew where it was.

Does not fit loose as it shows in the pic, i normally wear XS in vs shirts/tops and i ordered S in this one thinking little loose will look good but it is tight, I am glad i ordered it in small, it is not loose but i can still wear it comfortably. Wild Eggplant is a pretty color too I like it. Not sure if it looks slutty it is definitely cute to lounge around in.Material is not thin as modal but it like it being thicker than modal. Bottom line-if you are planning to order size up. Keep.

Fits exactly as it shows in picture on model. fitted on top and lsight lose on the bottom band part -which is comfy. I ordered in Size Small (And glad I ordered S -I am size 2 in VS pants) and it fits just perfect. Keep.

Nice fit and looks as in. the surprising part is it is had golden hardware details which makes it look pricey imo laugh out loud I heart it. Same is with Pants too. I would say definitely size up in this one I ordered this in S too but again I expected it to fit little loose but it is not. I think I am still keeping it.

It looks as it shows in picture including length, I ordered it in size Small but it is tight from shoulder or when I try to move my hand up it feels tight, Return.

It is looong, fits nice. it is definitely high waist fit, and even with that it is so long that it makes it look like ruched leg fit at ankle, which is fine with me. It feels soft and comfy.Material is warm and not to thin. I think XS would do for me too I would say size down if you are ordering. I might order it in another color in XS. Keep.

I agree with tarribear and flyingxxsheep -- do a whole new email. That makes no sense. I emailed for a pa last week on the same thing and I had the free slippers as well and they had no problem doing a pa on them. Good luck.
