I'm looking for a nice, warm puffer or wool coat that will stand up to New England winters. Any suggestions? It doesn't have to be VS necessarily--just something good quality and cozy.

i actually ended up finding dresses that might be passable for the reception on EXPRESS!!! $40! i didnt tell the girls the price to avoid bias but they all like the style! #fingers crossed.

I was also looking at this one, although it's definitely more casual and not necessarily work-/school-appropriate in terms of style. But it looks cute for a team jacket:

I have GCs for VS and a coupon code for FansEdge, so I wouldn't be paying full price for any of them, but I'm so indecisive and don't know if I should hold out to see if more VS puffers come back in stock, etc. Grr.
Quite often now when my packages say "Out for Delivery" when I track them they don't actually get delivered until 1-4 days later. If I call them and ask what happened they usually chalk it up to the package being lost but sometime it will show up 3 weeks later.
Is it normal for things to go "Out for Delivery" and then stay stuck and not updated for days?
