all these bonks I knew 2012 will not be easy for me LMAO

hug I fall out of regular level of b12 now and then little supplements helps a lot my doc sais as I am vegetarian I might need some shots when it was below lower limits (220 i think)- i took supplements for few months and the next time i went for check up it went up above high limits (700+) laugh out loud such things not biggie but its better to take care of it when we are young and our body can still absorb it woot that being said, Am I considered young? Scratchchin
B12 can stay stored up in your system for a long time apparently. I go through a lot of nutritional yeast which is fortified with B12 (it's soooooo good sprinkled on popcorn!) and am fairly good about taking a food based multivitamin since it helps my energy levels a lot. Yes you are considered young! Bonk I forgot you were vegetarian too High Five

remember your vitamin D as well (hope it's also fortified with vit D) kuz a lot of the time, calcium deficiency is due to lack of vitamin d since the two are tied.

also, maybe try not wearing polish for a bit, and using that conditioning/strengthening oil on your nails. i have the avon [avon.com] one and it seems to help!

also, i think i finally saw your sister! actually, i heard her - she talks like you! she was busy with a customer so i didn't talk to her. also, they're clearing out korres - hopefully it was that and not cargo!
Yep, the soymilk is fortified with vit D and I take a multivitamin. I have a separate calcium/vit D supplement, but it's a big pill so I never want to take it laugh out loud I use that same nail strengthener! So it has helped you? I usually put it on every time I take my nail polish off and then wait around 24 hours or so before I put on polish again, so I can apply it a couple times. I don't know if it's helped or not...

My sister talks like me?! Hopefully not too much, because I can have a serious monotone problem at times, lol. I think she has dark reddish hair now with some purple in it. So if her hair was something like that, and really tall, and sort of looks like me, then it was probably her laugh out loud

I am born Vegetarian Smilie . I think it is hard for you guys who chose to switch to being vegan or vegetarian after eating meat and dairy items before.
For example I can not think of being Vegan and give up on dairy products ever.

I like cheese too much to never eat it again! I never stopped wanting it the same way I stopped wanting meat and eggs. I don't eat it very often though, maybe once a week? I think a lot of people could easily eat vegetarian or close to it, without missing much.

i was b12 deficient also, the one time they tested for it. they haven't tested for it again... i probably need to get it checked again. and fwiw i don't like separate calcium pills. i kinda just take a one-a-day and hope that it covers all...

i thought the nail treatment helped me. my nails seemed to grow so much faster when i was using it. i'd leave my nails naked, and use the oil 1-2x a day for like a week. and it grew a lot!

yes, tall girl with reddish hair! i did not notice purple. i thought it might be your sister when i saw her, but then when i heard her talk i knew it had to be. nod definitely not monotone tho (i don't think you are either!). but it wasn't so much the tone as the mannerisms of speech if that makes sense. just the way she talked.

i've said many times that i could be vegetarian, as i often choose tofu over meat and i looooove mushrooms. however, i hate diets and restrictions, and once i say i'm going to be a vegetarian, that's when i'll suddenly crave meat. Facepalm
