Got up this morning and decided to go against conventional wisdom, give into the evil angel sitting on my shoulder and instead of baking some hash brown, fry those suckers up. Sure enough, after the initial wave of vegetable oil splattered across the kitchen and my daughter asking if we needed to call 911, they were mouth-watering scrumptious. Fried > Baked ! Better than McDonalds? Yes, better than McDonalds!
