Timing: begins on November 22nd, 2011 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on February 5th, 2012 at 1:59 p.m. ET

Limit: one (1) Entry per person/Facebook account/e-mail address/address per day

Eligibility: open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old

Prize: one winner will have their choice of seven ultimate VIP sports experiences that includes:
2 tickets to a championship game
Round-trip airfare for two
4 days/3 nights hotel stay
$500 debit card

Sponsor will determine all features and prize components of Grand Prize package as specified within the Herb Chambers Prize Vault located online at www.HerbChambersGiveAways.com. Winner must be a licensed driver and will be required to provide proof of U.S. citizenry at time of delivery. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, insurance, registrations and (where applicable) other fees associated with components of the prizes or packages awarded. Winner will be allowed to take delivery of prize from the Herb Chambers automobile dealership designated by the winner. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,000. If the "Ultimate VIP Sports Championship Experience" prize or prize package is not available at a dealership in Winner's area (to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) or if "Ultimate VIP Sports Championship Experience" is not available within six (6) months of Winner verification due to any reason beyond Sponsor's control, a prize package of comparable or greater value (as selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be awarded and will represent Sponsor's sole obligation to Winner.
