Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. EST on November 29, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on February 6, 2012.
Open only to legal U.S. and Canadian residents that are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.

After submitting your sweepstakes entry, you will be re-directed to play the Instant Win Game. Click on the "Play" button, and you will instantly be notified whether you have won an instant prize.
Limit one (1) entry and one (1) Instant Win Game play per person/email address per day.
Four (4) Sweepstakes Grand Prizes: Each a trip for two to Phoenix, Arizona to attend the Kurt Warner: The Ultimate Football Experience fantasy day. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare to Phoenix, Arizona from a major airport nearest the winner's home; three (3) days/two (2) nights hotel accommodations (double occupancy); rental car; and (1) $500 Visa® Gift Card. Approximate retail value $2,500.00 USD.
Winner and his/her Guest must travel together on the same itinerary and are solely responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, if necessary. At least one traveler must be 21 years of age or older. Only one person (either the Winner or the Winner's Guest) will be able to participate in the event's game(s). The participant must be at least 21 years of age or older. If not participating in the event's games, Winner and/or guest will have access to the event's facilities. All travel arrangements will be made through Sponsors' agent on a carrier of Sponsors' choice. Travel arrangements are subject to availability and Trip must be taken on the dates specified or trip shall be forfeited and Sponsor shall have no further obligation to such Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for any flight cancellations or postponement. All prize details are at Sponsor's discretion. All other expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of the winner. Trip will be scheduled on March 8, 2012 through March 11, 2012. Total approximate retail value $10,000 USD
