TomTom 12 Days of Giveaways Sweepstakes ~ 12/16/11 (Facebook)

Sweepstakes begins on Monday, December 5, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, or the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The Sweepstakes Period will be divided into 12 days (each a "Daily Period"), each of which begins at 12:00:01 AM PT and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT (other than the first Daily Period which shall begin at the time the Sweepstakes Period begins and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT. You may enter for multiple Daily Periods. Entries in a Daily Period will not be carried over as an entry for a subsequent Daily Period drawing for Daily Periods 1 through 11 but will be carried over for Daily Period 12 for the Grand Prize drawing.

You can enter by either Facebook or Twitter.

To enter via Facebook: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting the TomTom Facebook application from the TomTom USA Fan Page at http://www.facebook.com/TomTomUSA. "Like" the TomTom Fan Page (if you do not already "Like" it) and complete the registration form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. To obtain extra entries into the Sweepstakes, from the "Thank You" page, invite friends to "Like" the TomTom Fan Page and subsequently enter the Sweepstakes. For each friend who then enters the Sweepstakes, you will receive one extra entry for the Daily Period on which the friend first completes an entry.

To enter via Twitter: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may access the Sweepstakes by visiting http://wildfiredocs.com/tomtom/twitter12.php. Follow the on-screen instructions to send out a Tweet to encourage your friends to follow TomTom and to enter the Sweepstakes. To enter, a participant must become a TomTomTweets follower (if he/she is not already a follower) and accept TomTomTweets as a follower. Upon sending the Tweet, you will be required to complete an entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. For each follower of yours who clicks the link in your Tweet on Twitter and completes the entry process, you will receive one extra entry for the Daily Period on which such follower first completes the entry. Limit: One entry per person/per day over the Sweepstakes Period. No limitation of entries for additional friend and followers entries.

PRIZES:
There will be one (1) drawing to select one (1) Daily Prize winner for each Daily Period including the drawing for Day 12 for one (1) Grand Prize winner at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.



Prize Conditions:
Both the Grand Prize and Day 7 Prize include a 3G-compatible iPad2 which can be connected to the A&T 3G network; however the 3G connectivity through AT&T is NOT included. If the Day 7 winner or the Grand Prize winner decides to utilize the 3G connectivity on the iPad, it is the responsibility of such winner to enter into an agreement with AT&T and pay the cost of such connectivity. If the winner does not enter into any such connectivity agreement with AT&T, the iPad can be used with Wi-Fi access only.

Both the Grand Prize and the Day 11 Daily Prize include a SniqueAway credit. In order to use the credit, the winners of such prizes will be required to sign up for SniqueAway and agree to the SniqueAway privacy policy and terms of use, which can be found at www.SniqueAway.com.

Both the Grand Prize and the Day 3 Daily Prize include an iPhone/iPad Application. This prize will be delivered via the winners' iTunes account. The winners must provide the Administrator with an email address associated with the winners' iTunes account.
