open to individuals who are, at the time they submit their entry to the Giveaway: (1) legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia; and (2) over the age of 18 (19 for residents of Alabama and Nebraska).
Giveaway Period:
The Giveaway begins on November 22nd at approximately 12:00:00 p.m. (EST) and ends on December 18, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST)
Only one entry per person, e-mail address and/or household is permitted (regardless of the method of entry).
Prize and Selection of Winner:
On or after December 27, 2011, one (1) Entrant shall be selected as potential winner of the Giveaway (the "Winner") by a randomly selected drawing conducted by Sponsor (or an unaffiliated third party). Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, the Winner will become eligible to receive the Giveaway Prize (the "Prize"), consisting of a selection of items featured in the 12 days of gifting or the gift guide up to a value of $4999 (at full retail value) The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is four thousand nine hundred and ninety nine pounds ($4999)
