PRIZE: One (1) GRAND PRIZE: A two (2) day / one (1) night trip for winner and one (1) guest ("Guest") (collectively, "Couple") to Los Angeles, CA, February 12, through February 13, 2012, to attend the 2012 Grammy Awards at Staples Center ("Awards") consisting of the following elements for the Couple ("Trip"): [1] round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor-selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near winner's residence ("airport of origin") and Los Angeles International Airport; [2] hotel accommodations (one standard room double occupancy, including room tax) for one (1) night in Los Angeles, CA and [3] Awards tickets. ("ARV"): $4,000
