HOW TO ENTER: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter by one of the following methods:
(a) TEXT MESSAGE: Use your mobile device to text "FOOTBALL" to shortcode 70626. For each entry, you will receive a response text message asking for birthdate and state of residence, as well as a confirming text. Message and data rates apply. Multiple messages will be required for each entry made via text.
(b) PHONE WITH DATA PLAN: Use your phone with data plan to take a photograph of the quick read code featured on signs or promotional materials at participating stores with the quick code reader application already installed on your phone. You will be directed to a mobile web page where you can complete an entry form. If you do nothave a QR reader already installed on your phone, type "QR reader" in your mobile device"s application store search field to find available QR readers for your phone. Youwill receive a response which will contain a link to download a QR Reader for your specific device.
(c) ONLINE: Visit www.kickoffthep
BONUS ENTRIES: Receive additional entries by completing one (1) or more of the following actions:
(a) Opt in to receiving emails from Sponsor via the mobile site (if you entered by Text Message or Phone with data plan) or by clicking on the Opt-in box on the Web Site (defined above) (if you entered Online) to receive one (1) bonus entry.
(b) Invite up to five (5) friends to enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstake Period by utilizing the "Tell A Friend" functionality available after entering online. Friend(s) must enter the Sweepstakes in order for you to receive bonus entry(ies). Limit one (1) bonus entry per unique friend who enters the Sweepstakes. A "friend" is someone with whom you have a personal relationship.

PRIZE DETAILS: Grand Prize (1): A trip for winner and three (3) guests selected by winner to attend Super Bowl XLVII (the "Game") scheduled to occur in February 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Trip consists of round-trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner"s U.S. home); double-occupancy hotel accommodations for four (4) nights (two [2] rooms); four (4) tickets to the Game; and ground transportation to/from airport/hotel/Game. Travel dates to be determined at a later date, by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion. Travel, accommodations and Game are subject to availability and change. Seating assignments at the Game are at Sponsor"s sole discretion. Promotion Parties are not responsible for issues arising from Game venue management or operation. Ground transportation (other than as stated above), meals, gratuities and all other expenses not specified herein as part of the prize package are solely winner"s responsibility. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $10,950.00. Actual prize value depends on city/date/time of departure. In lieu of the trip prize, Grand Prize Winner may elect to receive a cash prize of $7,500.00 awarded in the form of a wire transfer, payable to Grand Prize Winner. First Prizes (50): One (1) $50.00 gift certificate. Subject to terms and conditions as set by issuer. ARV: $50.00 each. Total ARV of all prizes is up to $13,450.00.
