Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01 am CST on January 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59:59 pm CST on February 25, 2012.
Open to legal residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming.
Entrants must do one of the following to submit a valid entry:
(a) submit an entry on the Kum & Go microsite page (http://www.kumandgo.co
(b) submit an entry by sending a letter via U.S. mail, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope including the entrant's full name, date of birth, mailing address, telephone number to the following address: Kum & Go Customer "Get a Little Crazy" Contest and Sweepstakes, Attention: BEA, 6400 Westown Parkway, West Des Moines, Iowa 50266.
Limit one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address per day.
Winner Selection: A representative of the Sponsor will randomly select a winner following the close of each week from among all eligible entries received during that week.
Prizes: There shall be a total of eight (8) entries selected as Weekly Prize winners. These prize winners will receive an Apple® gift card with a stored value of $530.00 (i.e., such Prize being advertised as an "iPad®2", with such Apple® gift card being of sufficient value to purchase an iPad®2 – Black or White, 16GB, Wi-Fi only, which at the time of the making of these rules has a retail value of $499.00).
Weekly Prize winners are limited to winning one (1) Weekly Prize.

I'm only seeing this in the rules: "6. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota,Missouri, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wyoming who are 18 years of age or older. Not open to employees of Kum & Go or any of their respective affiliates or immediate family members (i.e., spouse, children, siblings, parents,and individuals residing in the same household). Void where prohibited by law."
