Sweepstakes begins on December 28, 2011 at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), ends on January 20, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. ET and consists of four (4) independent entry periods. Each Entry Period starts at 12:01 p.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m. the following day, as set forth below.
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least thirteen (13) years old at the time of entry.

Limit: You may enter one (1) time during each Entry Period. Registration for an Entry Period will not be included for subsequent Entry Period drawings. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address.
Entry Period 1: BEGINS: December 28, 2011 12:01 p.m. ENDS: December 29, 2011 at 12:00 p.m.
ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO (192) PRIZES (for Entry Period 1): Each winner will receive two (2) $13 Hollywood Movie Money Movie Admission Gift Certificates. The Approximate retail value ("ARV") of each prize is twenty-six dollars ($26.00). The total ARV of prizes for Entry Period 1 is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($4,992.00).
Entry Period 2: BEGINS: January 3, 2012 12:01 p.m. ENDS: January 4, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.
THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FOUR (384) PRIZES (for Entry Period 2): Each winner will receive a $13 Hollywood Movie Money Movie Admission Certificate. The ARV of each prize is thirteen dollars ($13.00). The total ARV of prizes for Entry Period 2 is Four Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Two Dollars ($4,992.00).
Entry Period 3: BEGINS: January 12, 2012 12:01 p.m. ENDS: January 13, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.
Sixty-Four (64) PRIZES (For Entry Period 3): Each winner will receive one (1) "Movie Night Out for Two" which includes: $50 MasterCard® Rewards Card and two (2) $13 Hollywood Movie Money Movie Admission Gift Certificates. ARV: $76.00. The total ARV of prizes for Entry Period 3 is Four Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Four Dollars ($4,864.00).
Entry Period 4: BEGINS: January 19, 2012 12:01 p.m. ENDS: January 20, 2012 at 12:00 p.m.
