TIMING: The Tic Tac "Shake It Up™" Instant Win Game (the "Game") shall begin at 3:00:01 pm (ET) on January 20, 2012 and end at 2:59:59 pm (ET) on March 2, 2012 (the "Promotion Period").

TO PLAY THE GAME: During the Promotion Period, after completing and submitting the registration form, continue to play the Game by following the directions provided to see if you are an instant winner. Returning Entrants will only be asked to provide their e-mail address and the password they created at the time of registration to play again. Limit one (1) Game play per person and/or per e-mail address per day during the entire Promotion Period.

ELIGIBILITY: The Game is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are thirteen (13) years of age or older at time of game play.
