Hi all,

I started this thread for anyone who wants to come here for lite discussion, jokes, and just general discussion and fun.

Everyone is welcome!

I was thinking that maybe it would be helpful to keep the original thread to a bit more of a serious discussion of the clues and answers.

This would make the original thread more useful to those seeking serious information and clues without having to read through hundreds of extraneous messages.

Every 10 minutes or so for about 2-3 minutes the bars on the bottom right for the internet connection turn orange and i lose the internet. has to be their cable connection to the internet. then it tries the neighbors who are too far and it says too low and not protected then i click and click and it comes back. glad i do not have this home, feel sorry for those who do. way up on a mountain. really leaving now.nite

Depends on which one. They arent that good for you. Alot of them use whey which is another word for they use powdered milk others use powdered egg and sometimes that can have salmonella. Should never have more than one a day. If youre talking about energy drinks almost all of those are bad for you

You can get some water in with soups and stews and if you take meds, take one at a time and drink several gulps in between each one. Juice counts as water unless its grapefruit. Grapefruit dehydrates and isnt good with alot of meds

Kidneys and liver both. With my kidney issues the protein I eat has to be quality protein. Steak is good quality, beans are bad. Protein shakes are really bad
