Eligibility: Clorox Bleach It Away (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for the purpose of entering this Promotion. Employees of The Clorox Company, TPN Inc., ePrize, LLC, and any of their respective parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. The Promotion contains a contest ("Contest") and a sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes").

Prizes:



a. Sweepstakes: SIXTEEN (16) SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES (seven (7) per Weekly Entry Period): $100 Visa gift card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $100. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period. Limit: One (1) Sweepstakes Prize per person.



b. Contest:



i. Featured Submission Prizes: ONE HUNDRED TWELVE (112) FEATURED SUBMISSION PRIZE (seven (7) per Weekly Entry Period): $100 Visa gift card. ARV: $100. Limit: One (1) Featured Submission Prize per person.

ii. Grand Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: $25,000 and the opportunity for the winner's Submission to be featured in Sponsor's advertisements (all details of opportunity determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $25,000.



For All Prizes: Terms and conditions of gift cards apply. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines otherwise. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or a portion thereof for one of equal or greater value should it become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. All prize details are at Sponsor's sole discretion.



Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Promotion, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Whether an entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.



4. Timing: The Promotion begins on October 24, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on March 18, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion consists of three (3) phases: a Submission Phase, a Voting/Judging Phase, and a Finalist Bracket Phase as outlined in the chart below:



How to Enter:

a. Contest: During the Submission Phase, you can enter the Contest through the "Bleachable Moments" application on the Facebook platform. To access the application, visit the Clorox Facebook page (www.facebook.com/clorox) and "like" the page. Once you like the page, follow the links and instructions to proceed to the Bleachable Moments application. Then, fill out the registration form completely including a valid home address (P.O. Boxes are not permitted) and submit the form. After submitting the form, upload a description, and a name, as well as a photo (if desired), of a "Bleachable Moment" as described within the application. The "Bleachable Moment" should fall within one of the eight (8) Bleachable Moment categories described within the application. Your description, name and photo (if applicable) will henceforth be referred to as your submission ("Submission"). By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Submission Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the "Guidelines and Restrictions") and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Submission and disqualify you from the Promotion if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

Submission Guidelines:
•The Submission photo (if applicable) must be in .jpg format;
•The Submission photo (if applicable) must not exceed 4 MB in size;
•The Submission description must not exceed two thousand (2,000) characters in length;
•The Submission name must be in the form outlined within the application;
•The Submission description and name must be in English; and
•None of the Submission components may have been submitted previously in a promotion of any kind.

Sweepstakes: To participate in the Sweepstakes, you will need a Twitter account ("Account"). If you don't already have an Account, visit www.twitter.com to create an Account; creating an Account is free. Once you have an Account, and have uploaded a Submission as described above, follow the links and instructions to proceed to the Sweepstakes entry form. On the Sweepstakes entry form, a tweet will automatically be generated for you, which includes your Submission name and a link to the promotion page. Once you tweet the message generated for you, you will automatically receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry into the applicable Weekly Entry Period drawing. Limit: Each entrant may receive one (1) Sweepstakes entry per Submission uploaded into the Contest. Tweets that are altered from the original message will not result in a Sweepstakes entry.
