2. HOW TO ENTER: The bracket submission period begins on Wednesday, February 1, 2012 at 12:01AM EST and ends on Sunday, April 8, 2012 at 11:59PM EST. Enter online at www.facebook.com/canadianmist via the contest application by completing and submitting your completed Clash of the Cocktails bracket and official entry form, including your name, address, e-mail address, phone number, and date of birth, before midnight EST Sunday, April 8, 2012. No entries will be accepted after this time as the first game of The Clash of the Cocktails will take place on Monday, April 9, 2012, on the Canadian Mist Facebook page at www.facebook.com/canadianmist. Games will take place from Monday, April 9, 2012 starting at 9:00AM EST and end on Monday, April 16th, at 8:00PM, EST, when the final tournament game will be executed and winning team announced at game end and the tournament ends. One entry/bracket per person. No entries will be eligible if it is lost, late, illegible, misaddressed or otherwise misdirected. Electronic entries that are misdirected, illegible, or not received due to technical malfunction will not be eligible. Limit one entry per person and one entry per e-mail address. Contest begins February 1, 2012 and ends on April 8, 2012. Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry method) for submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant's entries and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the promotion without limitation. Sponsor may require that the potential winner provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and/or password associated with the winning entry. In the event of a dispute, online entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential winner may be requested to provide proof to Sponsor that they are the applicable authorized account holder. Sponsor reserves the right to void all entries made through any robotic, automatic, mechanical, programmed or similar entry duplication method and to disqualify any individual using such a method. Sponsor not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, destroyed, or misdirected, (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation of transmission, communication failures, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, or (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. If for any reason this Contest is not executed as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor that corrupt or affect the security, administration, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, or if this Contest is compromised or becomes technically corrupted in any way, electronically or otherwise, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify and prosecute any individual who tampers with the entry process or who enters using any automatic or programmed entry duplication method. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR OTHERWISE CORRUPT THE INTERNET PORTION OF THIS CONTEST, OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY, PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. All entries become the property of Brown-Forman and Canadian Mist. Canadian Mist may or may not post any entries it chooses onto either its website at canadianmist.com and/or its Facebook page at www.facebook.com/canadianmist. If a submission contains any brand name, logo or sports team logo, submission becomes ineligible for posting.

PRIZES: (1) Entrant with a perfect bracket or next highest point score at the end of the Clash of the Cocktails will be declared the Grand Prize winner, pending eligibility verification. If more than one entrant with a perfect bracket or the next highest point score, a drawing will be held amongst all eligible entries. Five (5) entrants with the next highest point score at the end of the Clash of the Cocktails will be declared First Prize winners, pending eligibility verification. If there are more than 5, a drawing will be held amongst all eligible entries. One hundred (100) entrants with the next highest point score at the end of the Challenge will be declared the Second Prize winners, pending eligibility verification. If there are more than 100, a drawing will be held amongst all eligible entries. Two hundred (200) entrants with the next highest point score at the end of the Challenge will be declared the Third Prize winners, pending eligibility verification. If there are more than 200, a drawing will be held amongst all eligible entries. GRAND PRIZE: (1) One Grand Prize package includes a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada for the winner and three (3) guests to stay in a 2 bedroom suite at the a hotel on "the strip", April 6 – April 9, 2013. Guests must be of legal drinking age and may be required to sign an affidavit/liability release. Includes roundtrip airfare, three nights hotel stay and $1,000 cash to winner for meals. Total approximate retail value (ARV) of prize is $7,000. FIRST PRIZE: (5) Five first prizes. Canadian Mist pop-o-shot basketball table, ARV $230. SECOND PRIZE: (100) One hundred second prizes. A Canadian Mist Hoodie, ARV $21.00. THIRD PRIZE: (200) Two hundred third prizes. A Canadian Mist t-shirt, ARV $5.00. Alcoholic beverages are not part of any prize. There shall be no substitution or transfer of any prizes. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Taxes and registration on all prizes are the responsibility of the prize winners. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. The decisions of the sponsor are final.
