The brand I get here is Vita coco [amazon.com]. Goya sells it too but it does not taste good IMO.
It comes flavored with other fruit juices too [amazon.com], if that is how you might like it more
@ GH, anni is right there it tastes more like coconut - but again I am not sure if you guys had ever tasted coconut as it is. It is safe to say it will be very mildly sweet and if it is sour it will be milder than that. I am out of words to describe how it tastes
I think coconut water is pretty expensive but I like it so I buy it anyways

don't get bonder yet bc i personally don't think it's that great (at least it hasn't been for me). i have actually heard good stuff about the zoya base coat (via temptalia). that is probably on my list to try next. but def try the essie! and let us know if it works better! also, try to use a thin layer of base coat.
and i was only disappointed with 4 days bc deborah lippmann polishes are supposed to stay on forever, but it didn't even last longer than my cheaper polishes, so i'm blaming the base coat.
oh, also, coconut water is not sweet - it actually doesn't even taste much like coconut imo. but i love coconut water, especially straight out of the coconut! it's also supposed to be really good for you in general.
:lmao :
If you find any that are pretty send them to me. I need a break from looking :lol :.

I'm definitely looking for volume. Rollers sound like a dream!
I like what Liggy said about the tote though! I haven't moved mine from the bag yet!
The reason provided by VS to my bank was "Refer to Maker"
Please do let us know how it goes. I might hold off in cashing my checks then.

We don't have an Asian store around here, so I couldn't try those anyway. I would love to have one though. I want to learn more Asian recipes. It's so much healthier than most meals.
IMO it does tastes like fresh coconut water. :heart :

where any of those brands good?

ETA: The coconut flesh we had wasn't sweet at all.

I got the swim one too. The orange stripes are too bright. I thought they were gonna be pink stripes. I don't like anything that's tooo flashy, but again, I'm not a fan of stripes.

Alvs, you don't know who Penn & Teller are? Clearly, you've spent way too much time looking at boobs.
The reason provided by VS to my bank was "Refer to Maker" . ..
VS: They say checks still show as active and that they were cashed. They will void them anyway and the option was to 1) send out new checks
...called bank.
My bank (Chase): They waived the fees on all 6 "returned" checks.
They said notation on it looked like the checks were written from an account that was closed instead of over-drafted.
What do I do to fix this?TIA
liggie, do you mind letting me know the calories in yours too, since you have it there? I'm thinking my DH may have better luck finding that in a store. If not, it would be nice to know the calories, before I order it too.

OMG! That sucks! I have two checks from VS, totaling $2.84, not worth the $24 in fees! That's ridiculous!!! I'm so sorry to hear that.

I loooooove coconut water fresh from the coconut. I've never had it in a can before, but it seems to be almost the same! Yum!!!
:yummy : :drool :
No clue who they are :lol :!
I remember the cartoon days & miss them. Enjoy it, while you can.

I only do one layer of base coat. W/o a 2nd layer, the Julep polish was streaked. I had to use 2. The glitter top coat may be thicker than usual. I'll try Essie next, & let you all know if it produced better results. If you find a combo that makes the Deborah Lippmann polish last a long time, let me know. I remember having some combo last close to a week, but I've forgotten what it was.
....
i did sally hansen base coat/zoya polish - 2 coats/seche vite and it lasted about 10 days once. that was the longest ever for me i think!

I've never had the liquid directly from a coconut. I have had fresh coconut flesh in Mexico & wasn't a fan. I made my DH finish mine, so I wouldn't appear rude by throwing it away.

...
but i do like the flesh also - it wasn't very sweet, but very creamy, like coconut milk (which i love in curries).
